A very enjoyable diving experience! I saw many different kinds of marine life underwater. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the instructor for taking care of a scaredy-cat like me! All the instructors in this team are very attentive in teaching and looking after us. This activity is definitely worth participating in! Coach Ah Feng was very patient in explaining the precautions and took great care of us during snorkeling. He constantly reminded us not to be nervous and to relax. It was a fantastic first-time experience. Although there weren't many fish that day, it was still a wonderful experience. I'm also grateful to Klook for allowing us to book today and use tomorrow; it's truly great.

残念ながら、風が強かったため青の洞窟には行けませんでした。しかし、近くのビーチに案内され、そこにはたくさんの活気あるサンゴと多種多様な魚がいました！他の国でサンゴ礁が白化していたバリやプーケットでのシュノーケリングと比較して、沖縄での私の期待を上回りました。ツアーガイドもフレンドリーで、たくさんの写真やビデオを撮ってくれました（ビデオは3000円かかります）。

I'm so happy! The coach was very kind and helpful to the children, and he checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure we were okay. Everyone had a very satisfying time! 😆

First and foremost, this was an incredibly safe, experiential, and valuable activity! Our instructor today was Pengpeng. A small incident occurred right after we arrived: my friend and I hadn't realized that people with high blood pressure shouldn't go deep-sea diving (this really shows the shop's strong awareness of safety and compliance, as in other countries my friend would have been allowed to dive). So, on the spot, we negotiated to switch to snorkeling instead, with the price remaining the same for a 1-on-2 session. Throughout the process, the instructor patiently guided us and even helped us take many beautiful photos. It was a truly excellent experience, and I wish them prosperous business!

素晴らしい体験でした。シュノーケリング中にたくさんの写真やビデオを撮ってくれた、とても親切なガイドさんでした。ビデオは追加料金3000円でしたが、それだけの価値は十分にありました！青の洞窟を楽しみながらシュノーケリングを体験したい初心者の方にもおすすめです。

Our guide was safety-conscious and helpful! She pointed out things to watch for and gave excellent explanations about the cave! The suits and flippers provided were also clean. The pictures and videos, captured at an extra charge, were clear and nice too!

We urgently tried to book a private snorkeling tour for our family, and this was the only one available, so we went with it. We were waiting at the meeting point in the morning, and they arrived exactly on time. Our whole family is afraid of water and it was our first time snorkeling, so we were very worried. Plus, the guide was Taiwanese and didn't speak Korean, so we were concerned about how well they could care for the adults, but they took such good care of us and were so kind. Our guide was A-Pong, and we were very satisfied because he led us comfortably without being overbearing! He also spoke simple English and Japanese, so communication wasn't difficult.

Coach Deng is amazing! I was worried that an elderly person and a child would be scared and give up halfway, but the coach kept reassuring them and providing great emotional support. In the end, we successfully completed our first snorkeling experience. 🤿
