What a wonderful way to experience Okinawa and Onna with Pink Mermaid! We love Miyu (hope I spelled correctly), she guided us as a family in the water, was conscious of the reefs, and importantly took so many beautiful videos and photos of all of us! We could not have done this ourselves since from our perspective the water looked cloudy, however the GoPro proved differently! Thank you Pink Mermaid and Miyu for making amazing memories for our family. While this was supposed to be Blue Cave, the weather/wind did not allow for it, but it worked out because we wanted to see more diverse fish and reef anyway! You would not get to experience this at the Blue Caves!

We had an overall great experience with pink mermaid!! We had booked a snorkeling and diving tour and it was better than we could have imagined. Both instructors spoke very good English and guided us safely through the blue cave. Especially for scuba diving as it was our first time diving Sasha was very kind and patient with us - I felt safe at all times!

Fearing we'd be late, we arrived 45 minutes early. The staff told us the beach by the entrance was fantastic. We walked for 8 minutes to the beach, where some people were snorkeling and two couples were taking wedding photos. The sea and scenery were both beautiful. When it was time, we prepared for diving. A young Japanese man gave us instructions, and even without understanding Japanese, we could grasp the content. Our family of three went diving; one instructor took me, and another took my wife and child. The instructors were great at taking photos, including pictures and videos of feeding the fish. The entire experience was wonderful.

We had an excellent snorkeling experience with Pink Mermaid! Everything was very organized from start to finish, making it perfect for first-time snorkelers, even those with no swimming experience. Our guide, Miu, was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and helped us every step of the way, making us feel safe and comfortable. The team provided a well-fitting wetsuit for snorkeling and even had flip-flops available to borrow if needed. The entire process, from boarding the boat to entering the water, was well organized with clear instructions throughout. Feeding the fish while snorkeling was an unforgettable experience, and Miu captured photos and videos the entire time so we could simply enjoy ourselves. After snorkeling, hot showers, shampoo, and hair dryers were available. They also transferred all of our photos and videos directly to our phones before we left—no apps or sign-ups required. Thank you, Miu and the Pink Mermaid team, for a wonderful and memorable experience!

We booked this last minute before the typhoon would hit Okinawa, which was so easy to do on Klook. The tour was magic. Because of the winds the Blue Cave visit had to be postponed, but instead we got a longer snorkel trip in a sheltered lagoon. Enthusiastic guides. Excellent equipment. We were a small group of only 5, which was great (we had one guide just for the two of us). And we got so many photos taken, over 150 which were shared to us via Google drive. We will recommend Pink Mermaid diving!

There were quite a lot of participants on-site, and many diving instructors. Each instructor was responsible for a small group and also helped with taking photos, though you shouldn't expect too much from the photo resolution. 😂 When booking, they ask you to fill in a lot of information like height, weight, and shoe size, but in reality, they just ask you directly on-site and provide you with the corresponding equipment.

I really liked this school! The level of service, equipment quality, and instructors were all amazing. The only thing was that there weren't many fish during our dive, but even so, the photos turned out really cool, and instructor Sora showed us a few diving tricks.

The location is convenient and easy to find. We drove directly to the shop and there was ample parking. The environment was clean, and the staff explained everything in detail. They took our email address and said they would upload the photos to us, telling us not to bring our own phones.

This was my first time trying a discovery dive, and I was fortunate to find a shop with excellent service. The staff were polite, the explanations were clear, the shop was easy to find, and the equipment was great. It was truly a wonderful experience.
