The guide was incredibly kind, the itinerary was well-organized, and it was an absolutely perfect tour for families. The mangrove forest, which I hadn't expected much from, was particularly wonderful, and the tea time there was also lovely. The only downside was that while there was a lot to see on Turtle Island, the hygiene wasn't great. However, it was nice to be able to see and touch other animals up close on Turtle Island, not just turtles.

very amazing tour. Our tour guide Mr Gus was amazing and educated us on the everything. we learnt so much and had so much fun and they helped every step of the way. even tho it was raining at some points they still made it a fun experience. money well spent

Mr. Simon is a really nice buddy. His behavior is really so nice. We enjoyed his company a lot. The trip was really awesome.

Wonderful tour! Simon was so passionate and energetic throughout the entire trip. You'd never feel bored or left out, full of experience and knowledge. And also our marine guide, Whyan... a great guide and photographer.

The staff were all very kind, and I was able to enjoy myself with peace of mind. The only regrettable thing was that the waves were high during snorkeling, and two out of our five members had to retire early due to seasickness. There's nothing we can do about nature, I suppose. I highly recommend the optional professional photographer who takes photos and videos of your group. Although it costs extra, I was very impressed with the quality of the photos. Since I didn't have to take pictures myself during the tour, I was able to enjoy it even more. I also think the price is reasonable.

Mr. Simon and the team were amazing. There was not a moment throughout the day that my partner and I did not feel care for and well looked after. The team worked well together, creating a fun, exciting, and engaging atmosphere. The team was quick to encourage engagement and offer photo opportunities. The tour itself was well planned and offered a day full of variety . There was a spout of rain, however the team did everything to ensure we remained safe and enjoyed our time. There is nothing that I would change about the tour.

Our tour guide Simon was great to be around and very charismatic! He made sure all we needed was covered and helped make our day really enjoyable!

We were unable to do the mangrove tour due to the G20 event, but we did not receive prior notice. The tour guide also learned about it from the police. Despite not being able to do the tour, there was no partial refund or alternative program. There was also aggressive sales activity during the process.
