It was an amazing experience. I bought a package for me and my family. Additional activities to try can be purchased on-site. We enjoyed jet skiing, flyboarding, flying fish, sea walking, snorkeling, and the banana boat. Although the water wasn't crystal clear, snorkeling is still something you should add to your bucket list.

This was an amazing experience, a must-try! I especially loved the sea walking. Our driver was very experienced; he told us about the services they provide, how long it would take us to get there, what we would be doing, and then offered us some time to stop, shop, and eat. It was very easy to book and everything went really smoothly. There was no need to wait to do everything as part of a package deal.

You can purchase additional water activities and photo/video services on-site, and you might even be able to haggle a bit. The waves might not be big enough in the morning, so you might need to wait a bit; it's recommended to allow extra time. Nusa Dua offers round-trip transfers, the staff are super friendly, and there are lockers, outdoor showers, and changing rooms. Highly recommended!

The land transfer was very convenient. The driver was also kind enough to drop us off at Bali Collection instead of our hotel. The banana boat ride was very safe and we enjoyed the 15-minute ride. The guides briefed us on the safety measures before we started. They also provided a boat for 7 people so we could all go together at once. We had lockers and bottled water. No towels were provided, so make sure to bring one if you need it.

The whole activities were nice:) really love it!! Appreciated the staff services and perfect experiences. Will go again once visiting Bali!! Also drivers are kind and friendly. Thank you~~. By the way, we do spent 400K for the photos and you can check it when you are there:).

The coach was very engaging, and the business explanation was clear. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I'd love to go again next time, but I'll definitely need to apply sunscreen.

Pengalaman hebat dan sangat mudah untuk membeli voucher di Klook untuk aktivitas olahraga air di Bali Tanjung Benoa. 2 hari sebelum acara yang dijadwalkan, menerima pesan WhatsApp dari PT Serangan untuk mengkonfirmasi waktu dan tanggal penjemputan. Awalnya memilih penjemputan jam 11 pagi, dia merekomendasikan untuk menjemput jam 9 pagi karena jam 11 pagi akan air surut. Semuanya berjalan lancar, kami bahkan menambahkan aktivitas seawalker di tempat. Kami tidak memilih tambahan sesi foto.

The pick-up and drop-off times were perfectly adhered to, and the car was very clean, which was great. I got the impression that safety was their top priority. The explanations were excellent, and the staff inside were genuinely kind and wonderful! I've used 2-3 other companies, and while they were all good, if you have a child, this company is the best.
