３人で参加。すべてレンタルで、ゴーグルと手袋も付いていました。ツアー前日にショップにスキー板や服を取りに行き、スキーパスポートも貰うので、パスポートセンターが開いている時間に行きましょう。全部持ってホテルまで歩いて戻りました。

現地に着いた後、スキーをやる前日に指定された場所でチケット交換とスキー用品レンタルを行いました。全て英語なので、日本語しかわからない方は少し戸惑うかもしれません。スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで丁寧に接してくれました。お値段もお手頃でぜひまた利用したいです！

We were extremely happy with the service received by all the staff at info&snow. The bus pickup option we chose was at info&snow and it was really convenient as it was right smack in Queenstown. The collection of the rentals and the pass were all along the same street and it was really convenient. The bus takes you all the way up and down at preset timings.

Package was confirmed pretty much straight away. Everything that you needed to do was emailed to you, we rocked up to Snow and Info office in Queenstown the day before we were headed to The Remarkables, pointed in the direction a few doors down to NZ ski to get our lift passes, and Quest to pick up our rental equipment (boots/boards, Skis/poles/Boots) with no issues, we then dropped these back to Snow and Info so we didnt have to carry them back to our accomodation, they loaded them onto the bus for the next morning. The buses were on time each morning with very friendly and experienced drivers. Up on the mountain, it was fantastic. Would definitely recommend the package as it was not only priced fairly but it took the hassle out of all the organising that is required in hiring/purchasing lift passes etc. On our last day, the bus dropped us into town instead of our accomodation, near the shop so that we could easily drop the rentals back off with no hassle.

Pickup of the pass was easy at the office in central Queenstown. The bus was great and picked us up each morning. Booked a four day pass and was able to use it any four days throughout the season. You can also choose to use a day at Coronet Peak if you want

雪票，雪具以及交通都包辨到好。後面幾天的滑雪行程完全不用擔心，只要固定時間拿好雪具等車上車，到達後下車滑雪，結束時一樣返回到飯店，非常方便。

It is a wonderful packgage which is including bus, boot, snowboard and ticket, I really recommand someone who is looking for ski package.

我是台灣的旅客，在看了the remarkables 的網站後還是看不太懂他們的雪具、雪衣租任系統，但朋友推薦Klook上面的這個套票後我發現超讚的，接駁車跟雪具租任的說明很明確，配套措施也很好，接駁車司機Leyton 人很友善、健談。 可以改進的地方是接駁車的地點可以再更明確一點

Great mountain (Remarkables) and the bus ride was pretty smooth up. The people at the info & snow store could be a tad friendlier I felt for people in the tourism / customer service industry. Had to go over to the remarkables store to collect the ski pass card. The guy there was super friendly and helpful. Klook could probably provide the dates and location booked as I was not able to find any record of it after paying. There was a snow storm with strong winds on our first day so we wanted to come down the mountain earlier. Approached a guy from info & snow and he kept directing us to join a queue of advanced skiers who were going higher up the mountain 😡 Were saved by some other tourists who told us they previously joined that queue by mistake and had to walk down from higher up the mountain! Same guy also wasn’t very friendly when my sister had to leave the queue for a while (he didn’t even have a confirmed time for the bus so how would we know how long we will be queuing for?) The earlier bus left when she returned and he said “I already told you” in a very rude tone when we were perfectly okay with taking the next bus down. His colleague, a lady who drove us down was nice though and it was a smooth drive down with her. He did look quite frazzled and and I overheard them saying it’s the first time this season they’ve experienced this (not sure if referring to the storm?) so I guess they just weren’t that prepared.

Not really a huge deal since this was a discounted price but I'll just point out some things to keep in mind. One things is that you have to pick up your gear and pass from info and snow/quest the day before your booking. So make sure you have time the day before. I had a Milford sound coach and cruise booked the day before so it was a bit stressful making sure I got back before the rental place closed... they are open pretty late though so we were fine in the end. The transportation on the day was good. We arrived to our pickup location about 15minutes earlier then scheduled and our shuttle arrived about 5mins later. I assume they would have waited around until our allocated time if we weren't there but perhaps just make sure you get to your selected location at least 10mins earlier
