We had an amazing Ha Long Bay experience, especially after upgrading to the Solana Luxury Cruise. Our tour guide, Mr. Ben, was fantastic, fun, informative, and made the trip truly worthwhile. The stops at Halong Bay, Sung Sot Cave, and Tip Top Mountain were beautiful and memorable. It was a bit tiring but definitely worth it. The food on board was just average, nothing too special. One thing to note: single-use plastic water bottles are not allowed on the cruise. It’s best to bring your own reusable bottle for refills. If you must bring plastic bottles, keep them inside your bag—otherwise, the crew might charge you. The cruise chairs weren’t the most comfortable, but the bus ride was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and one I would recommend with a few heads-ups for future travelers!

Everything was informed and coordinated well in advance. As vegetarian we had some decent options for lunch and evening snacks. We first went to TiTop Island, then did Bamboo Boat and later went to caves. Overall experience was great. Upgrade to limousine, definitely worth the comfort.

First of all, I didn't go on this trip because of a food issue in the morning. I started feeling unwell shortly after the car began moving. After explaining to the tour guide, they understood and quickly found an empty spot for an emergency stop (haha). However, I ultimately decided to voluntarily withdraw because I wasn't feeling well. Shortly after I left, the local travel agency, Harry, called to check on me and immediately offered a 75% refund (I didn't even ask, but they proactively offered). This surprised me greatly, as I felt it was my own personal oversight, yet they showed such care and willingness to help. Therefore, I've decided to visit again next year and choose their tour to Sapa and Ha Long Bay. Many thanks to the tour guide and Harry for turning this unexpected incident into such a wonderful memory! Thank you, kind people of Vietnam!

We chose the limousine pick-up, it was comfortable and we managed to get some rest. The buffet food was normal, drinks were not included so we had to keep buying them. An additional top-up was required if we chose the speedboat. Overall, a really good and enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience, highly recommended. We had lunch on board before heading to the three different destinations described in the program. We initially hiked on the first island, then took a bamboo boat excursion (kayak or speed boat are also options), and finally visited Surprise Cave. We admired the sunset from the boat on our way back to Halong. Ben, the guide, was fabulous and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience even though it was Saturday and the sites were a bit more crowded than usual.

I travelled Ha Long Bay with this tour on Saturday. Because it was the weekend, the places were very crowded, but the weather was perfect for sightseeing! Also, our guide Tiger (it's not his real name, haha) was really humorous, so I enjoyed the tour.

They message you the day before the tour and get in touch with you to confirm the pick-up location. They also upgraded our cruise tour to a new luxury cruise with the same itinerary and price. Additionally, Luca, our tour guide, is exceptional and speaks excellent English.

We really enjoyed this tour. Transfer was comfortable and picked us up in our hotel in Old Quarter. Boat was amazing. People were very hospitable. Overall, value for money tour. Thanks Klook and Go Asia Travel team!

Our trip was extraordinary! Although the first booking was not available, the staff prepared and arranged everything to make it possible! The itinerary is great and the places are so amazing! Our tour guide, Luca, is also very helpful and friendly. :)
