Cruzeiro de Luxo Harmony: Baía de Ha Long, Sung Sot & Ti Top

Because I booked late, I saw on Taobao that the cruise on the 19th was around 380. After screening, I finally found this shop. I was worried if the low price would be an issue, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary. The yacht was the Harmony, five-star, three-decks, and the equipment was very new. The journey departed from Tuanzhou Pier, exactly as planned. The tour guide was very professional, and ample time was given at each location. I even met a foreign friend on the boat and chatted the whole way. In short, this was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Notified the day before about a boat change, but the itinerary remained the same. It was a very good trip.

WOW! After a full day of activities, the tour guide's explanations were clear and very interesting. The itinerary's time management was excellent, with ample time to explore each attraction. The only area for improvement was the food; the snack party on the return trip only offered fruit and biscuits, and the atmosphere was just average, leaving a little to be desired.

Hành lý của chúng tôi vẫn còn trên xe buýt cũ, và xe buýt mới đã thả chúng tôi xuống đường cách xa khách sạn. Một thông báo trước sẽ hữu ích, ngay cả khi có vấn đề về giao thông. ✅ Nhìn chung, cảnh quan và nhân viên rất tuyệt, nhưng việc quản lý đám đông và giao tiếp kém đã ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm.

Our tour guide Y, and our waitress, Chloe, were exceptional! They provided wonderful service. Our first booking was rescheduled to a different boat but the service was amazing. We got put on the amethyst cruise, a free upgrade. The ship is two months old and it’s beautiful inside! The buffet was super good as they had oysters, prawns, seafood soup, lots of fresh fruits. The bamboo boat activity was amazing and we even saw monkeys! Ti Top island is kind of a tourist trap but if it’s not busy, hike to the top.

This tour was worth every cent- our guide Rosie was kind and funny and a great communicator. She took such good care of us at all the stops, making sure we were happy and safe. The crew were so accomodating for my dietary requirements (vegan) and made sure all passengers were happy. The views are absolutely stunning as well, and the activities were so much fun. Trekking through Sung Sot Cave was a highlight, as was taking a bamboo boat through some of the alcoves of the bay. Highly recommend this tour.

A good experience, but Tuan Chau pier is a bit far from the city. The food matched the photos, but there was only one hour for dining, and some seafood wasn't replenished once it ran out. The weather was great for taking beautiful pictures. At Surprise Cave, there were too many people, and we lost track of time, almost missing our boat. When we arrived at the pier, our boat had already started to leave, but luckily it stopped and picked us up. It was a false alarm. Coincidentally, there was a tourist's birthday on the boat, and a birthday cake was given, which was shared with everyone during afternoon tea. The afternoon tea fruit cake was limited to one per person, while shrimp crackers, peanut cookies, and biscuits were unlimited. Coffee and tea were available for drinks.

The cruise was what I wanted to do most in Ha Long Bay. The boat was comfortable and spacious, and the staff's service was excellent.
