Excursão de um dia a Hoa Lu, Trang An e Incenso na Vila de Quang Phu Cau saindo de Hanói

This trip was like a private trip as it was only us on this trip. Our guide was very informative and generous in taking our photos. He gladly answered as well all my questions about Vietnam and its culture and traditions. He gladly shared also some recommendations.

Very nice tour. We enjoyed it very much. Our guide, Zach, was very good and speaks very fluent English. We had nice chats about different topics the whole day. He got a very positive and happy vibe. I thought the Trang An river ride would be boring but turned out very interesting and relaxing. Would recommend to do it on cooler weather though.

On Christmas Day 2025, we joined a Klook combined tour to Hương Village, Hoa Lư, and Tràng An. Early that morning, our female guide, April, picked us up from our hotel. We were grateful that there were only 4 people in the entire group (the other 2 were an Indian couple), so we had a very enjoyable and relaxed time. The young female guide for the combined tour was responsible, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was accompanied by a male assistant, Mac. We were thankful that the driver drove steadily, making the whole trip very pleasant! Our first stop was Hương Village, where we experienced skilled incense artisans demonstrating each step of the process, witnessing the art of incense making. With such beautiful surroundings, of course, we couldn't resist taking photos! The second stop was to visit Hoa Lư, the ancient capital of Vietnam, to learn about Vietnamese history under the feudal systems of the Dinh, Le, and Ly dynasties, and to understand the power struggles between Vietnamese dynasties. Afterward, the included lunch was quite rich and delicious, for which we were grateful! Our third stop was the Tràng An Scenic Landscape Complex. We took a 2-hour boat tour of the Tràng An Grottoes (also known as the 'Halong Bay on land'), visiting this place that was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2014, and admiring the beauty of its marvelous tunnel caves! My husband and I, along with our guide, thoroughly enjoyed this two-hour boat trip. Besides appreciating the beautiful scenery, we also felt a sense of peace and comfort.

Ninh Binh was really pretty. Trang An river was so tranquil and picturesque, but maybe a bit too long a ride. The history of Hoa Lu (ancient capital) and the incense factory was interesting. Our guide Andrew is very friendly and knowledgeable. He even gave us some recommendations for food and places to visit in Hanoi and other parts of Ninh Binh.

We had a great time on the day trip tour to Incense Village, Hoa Lu ancient capital of Vietnam, and a 2-hour bamboo flat boat ride in Trang An Grotto. Our tour guide, Mr. Tu (Kelvin), is very knowledgeable and speaks English very fluently. Our driver, Mr. T, is a very safe driver, and both of them provided service beyond our expectations. The tour also provided a delicious lunch that included a local specialty: goat meat spring rolls. It was a great experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you, Tu (Kelvin) and Mr. T.

We were mesmerized by the beauty of Trang An. The incense village, along with the temples in Ninh Binh, was also very enjoyable. Our day was fun-filled and made extra memorable by our excellent guide, Tyler. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

We had an amazing time in Vietnam, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful private tour guide, “Leo”, and our skilled and kind driver, “Tien”. Leo was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Martin was a great tour guide. He helped us learn more about Ninh Binh's history and gave us local recommendations on where to find the best coffee and matcha in the Old Quarter. It was raining when we visited the incense village, but the weather improved for the rest of the trip. I would definitely recommend booking this trip to family and friends. ♥️

Perfect! A perfect tour, our guide Kelvin was wonderful, very kind and professional, and adapted the trip to our needs. He even carried my son when he was tired. Highly recommended!
