what a great trip! pick up for the merapi jeep sunrise tour was on time. mount merapi and borobudur temple were magnificent. also, since bukit pulepayung is closed, we went to bukit rhema ayam instead. my driver, nana, was excellent in his driving skills

Driver, Febri picked us up from the hotel at 4:45 AM. However, I think we should still be able to see the sunrise even if we depart around 5:15 AM. Febri shared with us the history of Yogyakarta and some other attractions; he was very friendly! Please note that there's an entrance fee for the sunrise: 10k per person; pine tree: 7k per person; and cave and river tubing: 200k per person. Parking fees are 5k per attraction. We saw a beautiful sunrise, there's a large area to walk around at the pine tree, it's a great place for photos, and we enjoyed the tubing where an instructor pulled us along the cave and river.

Had a great day. Waking up early was a chore but the itinerary made it worthwhile. Fei, our driver for the day, was extremely helpful and nice. He even went out of his way to detour to a requested place. Thank you for the great memories. Note: it was cloudy and we didn’t really see the sunrise. But other than that, Mount Merapi is magnificent. The jeep ride was fun. Borobudur Temple was an eye-opener, and Pulepayung was beautiful. The community up there is quite amazing. I hope more people visit there. What a wonderful day.

Kami tidak menyesal memesan ini. Semuanya berjalan lancar sejak saya langsung memesan ini di Klook. Sopir kami, Lingga, benar-benar luar biasa dan terampil, terutama saat ia mengemudi mendaki gunung menuju Pule Payung 🤩🤩. Kami bersenang-senang. Lingga ceria dan mudah diajak bicara, bahkan merekomendasikan beberapa tempat makan untuk kami. Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah saat itu musim hujan, jadi cukup sering hujan ketika kami berada di Borobudur. Tidak apa-apa karena itu tetap pengalaman yang luar biasa dan tidak merusak suasana hati kami. Pasti akan memesan tur lain dengan mereka lain kali kami kembali ke Jogja! Sebagai catatan: siapkan uang tunai karena ada biaya masuk, dll.

Note that this booking pays no entrance fees. You'll have to pay 5,000idr for the sunrise, 500,000idr for the cave and 375,000idr for the temple. I had an excellent day, so I don't regret it, but I have to admit that with the price of the reservation the day is very expensive. Lingga served as our driver and guide. He picked us up from the hotel at 3:30 AM on New Year's Day and took us to Mount Ijen. We waited for about an hour before sunrise. The weather was a bit cloudy, and the sun didn't appear right at sunrise, but eventually, we were able to see the first sunrise of the year. There were only about 20 people at Mount Ijen to see the first sunrise, so it felt very peaceful waiting and watching the sunrise. After having morning coffee together in the parking lot, he then took us to a viewpoint where we could see Prambanan Temple and Mount Merapi in the distance, and we enjoyed the magnificent scenery. Finally, he took us to Prambanan Temple, where we were able to thoroughly explore the World Heritage site. It seems we took a wrong exit, but he found us quickly, so we were able to return to the hotel without getting lost. Since sunrise depends on the weather, I would love to go see it again if I have the chance.

Got Kak Noor as our guide 👍🏻👍🏻. The day before, we were already confirmed what time we needed to be ready. As soon as we got into the car, we were given 2 bottles of mineral water. This package is calculated per car, because I made a mistake when booking; I thought for 2 pax I needed to book 2, so the remainder was converted to the Jeep. This is because the Jeep service to go up to the top is not included. After seeing the sunrise, we continued to Borobudur. For Borobudur, there are two types of tickets: Ground Ticket and one that allows you to go up. If you've already bought a Ground Ticket but then decide you want to go up, you can upgrade directly at the counter.

Really cool tour. The tour guide showed me really cool places and even some hidden temples. He even showed me how local people go about their days. Awesome! The morning was very misty and I couldn't really see the sunrise but it was still breathtaking.

The transfer service provided was great. A great and experienced driver, Mr Stariya, kudos for his service. The only thing for you to take note of is that best to check with the driver/check online about entrance fees for each attraction landmark first beforehand to avoid disappointment. This package only includes private charter service to these landmarks for the sunrise tour. You are expected to pay the respective operator(s) the entrance fees, and also pay jeep service at Mt Merapi. Those are not included. Overall, I still gave a 5-star review, because the driver is professional and flexible in the event you need to change the itinerary. Its definitely value for money. Highly recommended for bigger group vacation!
