Cruzeiro Diurno Premium Arcady: Baía de Ha Long com Sung Sot e Ti Top

The one-day Ha Long Bay experience was fantastic. Usually, about 100 people ride on one boat, but perhaps because it rained heavily two days prior, there were only 30 people on our cruise, making it very pleasant. Even with fewer people, a buffet was provided. Our guide, Johnny, was kind and explained many things at Sung Sot Cave. Also, since my accommodation was in the Old Quarter of Hoan Kiem, an area where buses cannot enter, he personally came to pick me up at the hotel by motorbike. He was incredibly kind!

It was definitely the highlight of my Vietnam tour. Pick-up and drop off was smooth. The bus was very spacious and comfy. The tour guide Hien was very informative and friendly. Halong Bay is so serene and lovely, no one should skip it when visiting Vietnam. You can also do some fun activities such as cave exploring, hiking and speedboating. The food was also good. Ended the day watching the sunset- it was a perfect day indeed.

All the staff and guides were lovely, very attentive and ready to serve. Today's guide was wonderful. Food and drinks on the boat were regular price, like anywhere else. On the way back, we had local wine before saying goodbye. There was enough food for everyone on board. On the day we went, there weren't many guests, so it was chill, not crowded. There were private tables for families, which was comfortable and cozy. The jacuzzi pool was open from Titop Island until the return trip. You could order food and drinks to enjoy. I highly recommend coming here; the service is excellent, not annoying, and there's no hard selling at all. It was very relaxing.

Tuvimos la mejor experiencia aquí en el barco. El interior era muy bonito y limpio. La comida era decente, también hay una hora feliz de 2x1 en bebidas. Nuestro guía turístico Johnny Walker fue muy amable, encantador, atento, nunca nos apuró y fue muy paciente con nosotros. El dinero estuvo muy bien invertido, el clima perfecto, no había mucha gente, ¡todo fue genial!

솔직히 큰 기대 안 했는데 이번 하롱베이 투어 진짜 만족스러웠어요. 노을 너무 예쁘고 카약도 딱 적당히 재미있었고, 일정도 전혀 지루하지 않았어요. 배도 깔끔하고 화장실도 깨끗해서 더 좋았고, 가격 대비 가성비 최고였어요. 가이드 Hien도 친절하고 세심해서 전체적으로 너무 좋은 경험이었어요. 완전 추천! 👍

The tour guide, Johnny, is super helpful and knowledgeable. He and the driver picked us up at the right time and address, providing us with a premium bus and a seamless itinerary. Even though the one-day trip might feel a little quick, they managed it very well to ensure every visitor enjoyed the trip! I will definitely book this trip again if I have a chance to visit Ha Long Bay in the future.

Overall the trip was fantastic. Got cheaper on Klook. Guide and the bus driver was kind and helpful. Cruise ship was well maintained and crew members were very friendly. All locations in the itinerary was awesome. Well recommended for family with kids. Consider extra towels, clothes, beach slipper, waterproof cover for phone.

The natural scenery of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, truly lives up to its reputation. The 22-seater limousine bus was clean and had comfortable seats, and both the cruise ship and its onboard restrooms were also very well-maintained and clean. Both the guide and the cruise staff were friendly, and while the lunch buffet wasn't as lavish as depicted in photos, it was generally delicious across the board, which was satisfying. However, it was disappointing that I didn't receive pickup information until the night before the tour, and only after contacting the company directly via WhatsApp. Additionally, the pickup route was inefficient, leading to a long and time-consuming journey through the Old Quarter. The 40-minute stop at a pearl shop before boarding the cruise was also regrettable. It would be better if this time could be minimized to allow for an earlier return to Hanoi. Overall, the facilities and service were satisfactory, and I believe this tour would be even more complete if the itinerary management were improved.

The tour guide was witty and humorous, communicated transportation methods on time, and the onboard facilities and service were good.
