If there were ten stars, I'd give it a full score right away ❤️ I had previously used a discount voucher for "Maokong Gondola Restaurant." This time, I used a discount voucher for "Si Ye." Because after my last visit, the dining experience was excellent, so I booked this restaurant again this time. After placing the order, I immediately completed the phone reservation. (When making a reservation, you need to state that you are using a Klook voucher.) (This makes it easier to apply the discount when ordering and checking out.) (A 10% service charge will be collected at checkout, which was communicated before the meal.) I called around 10 AM to reserve for 12 PM dining. They held the table for 10 minutes, and the dining time was 2 hours. (We actually dined for 1.5 hours.) It might have been because it was a Saturday, but the place was packed when we arrived.🤣 The staff were very friendly and kindly led us to our seats in order. The environment is truly wonderful! 👍 (The decor is very unique.) There's even a small bridge and pond inside, with fish (a really cool design). We quickly ordered our food, and it was served very promptly. Outside the private room, there were several servers (they looked like young lads). The service was excellent (fast, friendly, very skilled, and good at pacing the dishes). It made our lunch very comfortable. ^_^ Most of the dishes we ordered this time were different from last time. It was a chance to try different dishes, and almost every one was amazing! ❤️ The first two dishes were cold appetizers (the weather was too hot, so the cold dishes arrived very timely). And as soon as we entered the private room, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable (it was incredibly hot outside). The lovely server immediately brought us half-frozen plain water! ❤️ Superb! 👍 Honestly, everything up to this point deserves a full score. 💯 1. Japanese-style cold fern salad (the dressing had a fruity aroma, sweet and sour, very delicious). 2. Thai-style cold seafood salad (the sweet, sour, and spicy dressing is my favorite, oh my goodness!). 3. Pyramid tea fried rice (unique flavor, not too strong, just right). 4. Sizzling beef tenderloin (the meat was very tender, super delicious 😋 I asked the chef to adjust the pepper, even the kids loved it). 5. Cabbage (super fresh and sweet, I wondered if it was grown in their backyard 🤣). 6. Pineapple beer 🍻 (super delicious, very refreshing, not too sweet, suitable for women). 7. Cheese cheesecake (two pieces per serving, excellent presentation, but unfortunately, the accompanying cookies were all soft, it felt like they weren't stored properly... I bit into them and spit them out, I checked every one, and they were indeed all soft, even the Oreo chocolate cookies were soft, as were the cream wafers and chocolate ball cookies... all soft. The cheesecake flavor was also... the dessert was the only thing that deducted points). Overall, for all the dishes, I'd give the chef 100 points! 👍 The restaurant's food is very important, and the on-site service staff also deserve 100 points, they work incredibly hard and are very friendly! ❤️ Although I saw many reviews saying "not many smiles, grumpy faces...", I personally interpret it as being dedicated to their work, and smiles or no smiles don't really matter! They're not selling smiles, they're selling food! I bought two Klook meal vouchers for $399*2 = $798. (Can be redeemed for $1000) It's like an 80% discount. 🤣 The meal cost was $1600 + 10% service charge = $1760. After redeeming the $1000 voucher = $760 paid on-site. "Actual total spending $798 + $760 = $1558." It was quite a good deal, and I hope to bring family and friends to experience it next time. ^_^

The location is excellent. As soon as we exited Maokong Station, we saw Siyes on our right-hand side, which was very convenient for elders as they didn't have to worry about walking too far. We called ahead to reserve a private room with a view of Taipei 101. Enjoying dinner while admiring the beautiful scenery was truly delightful. All the dishes here are infused with tea, making them both delicious and visually appealing. The pyramid tea fried rice is a must-try! We arrived in the late afternoon, so we didn't miss out on either the daytime or nighttime views. The decor here is very distinctive, all in a Chinese style, and there are many great spots for photos. It's an excellent choice for bringing foreign friends.

All the dishes below 'Si Ye' are excellent and are our family's must-order signature dishes every time we visit: Tieguanyin Tea Chicken Soup 390, Sizzling Beef Tenderloin 330, Kung Pao Chicken with Nuts 300, Pyramid Tea Fried Rice 290, and Tea Smoked Chicken 380. Reservations must be made by phone, and a confirmation SMS will be sent once booked. There are different private rooms; those near 'Wo Guanyin' offer views of Taipei 101, while those by the fish pond provide mountain views. Each has its unique charm. We recommend booking for 5 PM to enjoy the daytime scenery first. As dining is limited to 2 hours, remember to go upstairs to overlook the night view before leaving; it's truly refreshing.

I absolutely love it..😍 One of the best foods we've tasted so far in Taiwan. The ambiance is nice and beautiful, and the staff is also attentive.

Siye is a scenic restaurant that is run with great care. The lotus seeds and yam in the tea chicken soup are tender and delicious, and the chicken is fresh and flavorful – highly recommended! The sizzling beef with tenderloin is very satisfying, and both the tea-smoked chicken and Kung Pao chicken are delicious; there's nothing to fault. On weekdays, the rooftop is almost empty, so you can have the place to yourself to enjoy the night view of Taipei 101 and Maokong, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. It can be considered the best spot to admire the night view of Maokong.

Arrange a day trip to Maokong and Taipei Zoo. After the tea-sealing experience included in the package, we went to "Siye's Restaurant" for dinner. We ordered one soup, one main dish, one meat dish, and one vegetable dish, totaling over 1600. We chose this restaurant because of its antique Chinese decor.

This time, it was very convenient to get to the restaurant by turning right after getting off the Maokong Gondola. As long as you inform the hostess that you are using a Klook e-voucher in advance, you will be seated immediately. The interior of the restaurant is antique, with a small bridge and flowing water right at the entrance, where many koi fish are kept. Dining with the beautiful mountain scenery instantly relieved most of the travel fatigue.

Although we visited during a peak holiday period with many tourists, after making a reservation and leaving our contact number, we didn't have to wait long (within 1 hour) before receiving a call to fill a cancellation and dine. It was a pleasant surprise!
