This was my first time dining at Rou Lao Da (Meat Boss) Taipei Jinxi branch. The staff were polite and patiently introduced the menu. I also coincidentally discovered that Klook offers Rou Lao Da cash vouchers, which come with 5 free fresh shrimp – what a great deal!

We ordered the two-person set meal with beef and clams. Using the Klook voucher was very convenient; you just check the actual price of your order and then buy a cash voucher of a similar amount. The beef was thick, very fresh, and there were many slices. The clams were also very fresh, and the complimentary shrimp were fresh too. The self-service bar's slushies, mung bean soup, and soft-serve ice cream were all excellent. We went during the weekend afternoon tea slot and were so full afterward that we didn't need dinner that day. Highly recommended.
