Cruzeiro de um dia na Black Pearl: Passeio pela Baía de Ha Long com Sung Sot e Ti Top

Ceci est la meilleure excursion à Hanoï. Merci à Chloé, Rosie, Lily et à l'équipe Amethyst pour leur service constant et attentionné. Les grottes étaient magnifiques et les bateaux se déplaçaient en douceur. Les vues autour de la baie étaient exceptionnelles et la croisière complète semblait bien organisée. La nourriture était bonne. J'espère toujours des options halal ou une séparation claire des produits à base de porc afin que les clients ayant des besoins spécifiques se sentent à l'aise. Le transport a besoin d'une réelle amélioration. Le guide a disparu. Le chauffeur est arrivé en retard deux fois, ce qui a affecté le timing du groupe. Les pauses toilettes se sont transformées en arrêts de vente forcée, et les articles ne sont pas attrayants. Le bus est resté à 27 degrés et il faisait chaud. J'avais du mal à respirer et j'ai transpiré tout au long du trajet. Si le bus maintient cette température, les passagers devraient avoir la possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Je suis venu pendant cette saison pour le temps froid, pas pour un bus chaud. Tout le reste du voyage semblait excellent et l'équipe a fourni de grands efforts. Des pauses toilettes régulières sont un impératif ! Veuillez améliorer cela !!

I love the tour and very awesome experience. We have a swift travel from Hanoi to Halong. It was a safe tour, food was provided and we really get to enjoy the view so much. Experimente seu dia junto com 2000 ilhas. Passeio de dia inteiro com almoço a bordo. As cavernas fazem parte de todos os passeios pela Baía de Halong, pois todos os barcos vão às cavernas. No restante, você visita mais uma ilha e faz um passeio de caiaque/barco de bambu, onde pode observar macacos vivendo em uma ilha. O melhor a um preço mais barato.

the trip was wonderful, the food was nice and the activities well timed. Our guide Thang / Tom was amazing so nice he answered all our questions and helped us discover the history of the islands ( thank you Tom ❤️)

Tour is great. Cruise is new and modern, food was tasty. The manager is careful and good at English. Halong Bay is so beautiful, I love this sightseeing. it is worth money to visit. I recommend for other customers Black pearl cruise in International port

The cruise staff were very friendly and helpful, the foods were good and the boat was clean. our guide was a very nice friendly and helpful person. she helped us recover the water jug that we left at the boat.

Since we arrived in Ha Long Bay a day early to stay overnight (recommended for sightseeing and massages, as prices are lower than in Hanoi), we purchased a round-trip Hanoi package but only used the return journey, making our own way to the International Cruise Port for assembly. The customer service was very proactive in contacting us, and communication was smooth. However, for an unknown reason on the day, I didn't see the tour guide and group from Hanoi. Without speculating on the cause, the email suggested arriving before 9:00 AM, and we did report to the assistant on site. But it wasn't until around 9:32 AM when I emailed customer service about the Hanoi group's whereabouts that we were finally led by the assistant to the port to board the boat around 10:05 AM, which caused some anxiety. Although the boat departure was changed to 10:30 AM, and we enjoyed a delicious lunch before heading to the first amazing cave, the overall experience had ample time. We thoroughly enjoyed and photographed every attraction, and finally returned to port punctually at 4:30 PM. Additionally, customer service, free of charge, paid for our soft drinks under her own name as an apology for that hour of waiting. She later actively assisted in arranging our return to Hanoi by luxury coach. We are very grateful to her (perhaps Chloe?), who, despite some initial tension, made our entire day's journey pleasant and smooth.
