My family really loved the trip. It was organized based on our interests. Our driver and tour guide, Mr. GaGa, was really friendly, kind, and helpful. He recommended many wonderful places. He was always understanding when we needed to change our plans due to my parents' health.

Our driver, Mr. Manna, was very friendly. He was always on time and helped us with any queries we had. He is a safe driver, and we went to all the places we wanted to visit.

After booking with Klook, a local travel agency contacted us to discuss and suggest itineraries. They also helped us book the zoo and elephant interaction tours, as well as restaurant reservations, which was very convenient. The driver providing the service was also very cooperative and offered excellent service.

Highly recommend driver Jay! He is responsible, polite, and courteous, and also provides timely recommendations for itineraries. Additionally, AK Tour is very professional.

Booked the 3d2n trip to Kanchanaburi with Klook and AK tour. We are happy with the trip. It was a pleasant experience. The tour agency confirmed the booking 1 day before. The driver contacted me in WhatsApp the night before my trip and informed the car plate number and meet up details. The driver’s name is ChoVit. A very patient and kind driver who drove us to the places. Although he is not good at English, he used a translator and always greeted us with his smile. He helped to take a lot of nice photos for us too! We rode in a comfortable vehicle for 2 adults + 2 kids. We are satisfied with the vehicle and the driver's service. Kanchanaburi is a great place for a family getaway from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city. There are many nice cafes and the food is yummy too. Highly recommended!

Recommended! The agency contacted us via email within 1 day after we made the payment. We provided the agency with a list of places to visit, and they sent us back the planned itinerary. The agency only provided the driver's contact details 1 day before the trip. The driver was good. Overall, a smooth trip.

Highly recommend gg to Kanchanaburi. Sample itineraries provided and easy to customise and communicate with the tour operator. Our driver Mr Suk was very accommodating and always on time (sometimes even an hour earlier!). He gave key information on history and scenic spots around the area too.

Overall a great experience. Driver was professional and accommodative to request in changing one of the dining locations. Malika R.E. was a let down though and I would advise readers to change this to another attraction.
