The technique the doctor used was acupressure massage, and I can honestly say it's not like the general Thai massages you get at regular shops, because this is actual treatment. For anyone with chronic shoulder or muscle pain who finds that traditional Thai massage doesn't help, I highly recommend trying this acupressure massage. It's incredibly effective, and I felt so much better after the treatment.
