Authentische Erfahrung… nicht zu überfüllt wie andere Onsen-Konkurrenten ist ein Vorteil, da man die Einrichtungen in nahezu privater Atmosphäre genießen kann… kein Ärger oder Anstehen. Besonders gefällt mir der Ruheraum mit bequemen Liegen zum Ausruhen.

The Klook app doesn't allow direct bookings, but I received a confirmation email the next day after sending an email to book. The staff were all very friendly, and the massage technique was as expected; I fell asleep during the foot massage. The package I chose, a full 120-minute manual massage, is highly recommended. The SPA center has a complete product display, but they don't actively push sales. If you're a Panpuri enthusiast like me, you can get a 500 NTD discount on purchases over 5000 NTD with a membership number.

This is my first time using the service here, and personally, I'm very impressed with this visit. I feel it's an onsen different from others – quiet and peaceful, not too crowded. After soaking in the onsen, you can still choose to use other rooms. I can truly say PANPURI is excellent. I definitely won't miss it next time; I'll be back to use the service again. I LOVE it.

You can enjoy three types of hot springs (soda, Kusatsu, Hakone), a jacuzzi, a dry sauna, and a mist sauna (with a Thai herb scent). During the body scrub, I received a shampoo and treatment, and my hair felt very moisturized (I forgot to check if it was the same product as the one in the hot spring area). My body also felt smooth, and I was satisfied! However, the body scrub towel is quite firm (no options like in Korea), so it's not recommended for those with sensitive skin. The relaxation room is cold, but large bath towels are provided, so you'll be fine if you cover yourself with one. The cafe food was also delicious.

Panpuri is my absolute favorite in Thailand. From their massage techniques to their essential oils and fragrances, they offer the highest quality. If you've already tried numerous spas, I genuinely recommend Panpuri. They continue to improve, and every single detail is executed to perfection.

super relaxing and high-class serviced. This is the 2nd time I get onsen experience in Bangkok, 1st one is Let's Relax, 2nd one is Panpuri. Although the ticket I booked is public onsen day pass but it's almost private because there're only 4-5 people during my session. The best part is that I have unlimited time to enjoy this experience. The only minus point is that I have to wait nearly precise 10a.m to go up to 12th floor where Panpuri spa is located by elevator, but it's not a big deal. Definitely, Panpuri must be my onsen experience list for next time in Bangkok.

Having lived in Bangkok for 5 years, I'm late to discover this... After so many massages, I still genuinely feel that PANPURI has the best technique and service. If I could only choose one place, I would still pick here. I recommend going for the 2-hour massage directly. Thanks to Pum for the excellent care, it was very relaxing. experience:
