Copper Beyond Buffet no Gaysorn Amarin (BTS Chit Lom)

The food quality is great and value wise - expensive but worth it. I was there early and got my table ticket before crowd started. When they did open, my lobster tail was waiting at my table which was a nice surprise. If you’re a buffet veteran you know you just go hard and order the good stuff, stay away from carbs. There are multiple stations where they take your order for items and then deliver to your table. I had so many oysters, sashimi while waiting for food to be delivered I had forgotten what I had ordered. As time passes, the queues get shorter and you go back to order more so no need to wait in lines at the beginning of the 2hr period - it is a luxury experience. I was getting full after an hour so last hour was left to try desserts and gather my strength. A few things to note - they don’t have wifi, no alcoholic drinks, tea/coffee are average via machines and also bathrooms are outside (guess they want you to stay focused on the food).

I recently visited COPPER Beyond Buffet. My first impression was that the decor was quite thoughtful, with a retro restaurant style combined with an industrial feel. The entrance and photo spots were very photogenic. The dining atmosphere was pleasant, and surprisingly, there weren't many Hongkongers that day. Regarding the food, the sashimi and seafood sections were reliable. The tuna and scallops were sliced to a good thickness and tasted fresh and sweet. The salmon with sea grapes and roe was savory and refreshing. I found the desserts surprisingly good. The lava cake had a rich chocolate flavor, and the accompanying jam provided a nice sour balance. The panna cotta and cream desserts were smooth, though a little on the sweet side. For drinks, there were some special fruit juices that were refreshing and helped cut through the richness, as well as traditional Thai milk tea, which was excellent. Overall, the offerings were quite balanced. The strengths were the wide selection, beautiful presentation, and good replenishment speed. Almost everything tasted good, but the biggest surprise was the mushroom soup with croissant – truly outstanding. Those who want to enjoy both Japanese cuisine and desserts in one go shouldn't miss it. The price isn't cheap for Thailand, and without a discount, it feels a bit expensive.

Mi única sugerencia sería sobre el tiempo del servicio de comida. La mayoría de los platos llegaron a la vez, así que cuando llegamos a algunos de ellos, ya se habían enfriado. Aunque entiendo que la intención probablemente era asegurar que recibiéramos todo rápidamente, un enfoque más escalonado habría hecho la comida mucho más agradable. En general, fue una experiencia gastronómica placentera con un gran servicio. Con un poco más de atención al ritmo de los platos, podría ser aún mejor.

The internet-famous buffet, Copper Buffet! I followed online advice and arrived about 20 minutes early. The mall was already packed, but registration was quick. After registering, there were seats nearby to rest and wait. When it was almost time, staff invited guests to queue for entry. The restaurant is very large, but the seating is also spacious. We had pre-selected the lobster set, so each of us ordered different dishes, and both were delicious. The restaurant has many self-service food options, but I found the made-to-order dishes even better. I hadn't even tried all the ordered dishes once before I was already very full. A very satisfying meal!

Incredible!!! Each plate we had is so delicious at high-standard, dont even mention Copper is definitely more than a “buffet” . Next time we will try lunch see if same like dinner:)

Experience: Copper's owner is truly brilliant. In Hong Kong, buffets often lead to waste because people take more than they can eat. Similarly, all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants often result in waste from ordering too much. Copper offers a semi-buffet ordering system, not a traditional buffet. Aside from freshly shucked oysters, pre-made black truffle cream soup, and Wagyu boat noodles, everything else is ordered à la carte. The key is that you won't order 100 dishes to try them all; typically, you'll focus on ordering items recommended by influencers, take photos, and then enjoy them. I genuinely think the 'made-to-order' concept is excellent. You'll happily take photos of each dish as it arrives at your table before eating. If you want an encore, you'll need to make a few more trips to order. At Copper, I didn't see any food waste; even the fruit, ice cream, and cheesecake weren't left half-eaten. Copper's semi-buffet ordering system, while not cheap by Thai standards, is highly recommended by influencers. One experience is enough.

It's incredibly convenient to purchase and book dining slots on Klook, and detailed addresses are provided. Upon arrival at Silom Station, Exit 2, next to Gaysorn Amarni shopping mall, Copper is located on the 3rd floor. If you arrive early, you can wait on the benches outside Copper. The staff will thoughtfully offer complimentary Thai milk tea and proactively help with luggage storage. The food selection is extensive and of high quality; the five of us couldn't try everything. We recommend ordering one dish to share!

The service staff were very enthusiastic, the food delivery was very fast, and they were very friendly to children. The dining environment was very comfortable, and the food pickup flow was smooth. The food was very fresh and delicious, the steak was excellent, and the oysters were very fresh.
