You&I Premium Suki Buffet em Bangkok

I purchased 2 e-vouchers and went to Central World branch with my family for a total of 2 adults and 1 child. My 3-year-old child could eat the buffet free of charge. Seems like they only charge the children when their height are above 120cm. The Wagyu meat quality was as good as how it had always been. I love that they provide a pan instead of a pot when I choose the soup as Sukiyaki only.

We went to the branch on 9/F of The Emquartier. The staff was nice, atmosphere is good. Since we went there near 3pm, there were only few tables so you may consider to have the 120-min all-you-can-eat buffet after the peak hours. The oyster was surprisingly fresh! The wagyu was delicious and fresh! Shrimp was big and fresh too. The smoothie was nice. Ice cream has Hagan Daz! I do not think we could have this good price and good quality in our country. Will come again!

This is my second time at U&I Terminal Rama 3 branch. I'm not sure if it's because of the holiday season (December 5th), but there were quite few staff members, and I had to follow up on my orders many times. Empty trays were stacked 4-6 high and still not cleared (I had to ask for one egg three times before I got it. Thanks to the manager who took immediate action when I informed them, as other staff members weren't very active). When the food was served, some items were over-delivered, and some were slightly missing, but I wasn't too serious about it. Towards the end, about 30 minutes before closing, they were still asking about forgotten orders. I'd like to suggest reducing the portion size per plate. Since each person eats from their own pot, they order their own food and don't share. However, the meat comes in full plates. Even ordering just one of each type of meat is a lot. I ended up ordering only once. If you want to try a little bit of everything, you need to go with more than one person and share. The Yuzu Black Soup was served very cutely, especially the tongs (laughs). The taste was well-rounded, not overly sweet. You can pick up meat from the pot and dip it in the egg right away. For the croffle, I wish there was maple syrup or honey as an optional sauce, but the yuzu sauce is okay and refreshing. The truffle cheese sausage was also good; when you bite into it, you get a nice aroma of truffle filling your mouth. It's delicious even without dipping sauce.

The location is convenient, at Central World, accessible via BTS Chit Lom station. Before entering the store, you just need to show the Klook QR code. Booking through Klook is more affordable than walking in directly. The staff are polite and provide good service, and the food is satisfactory. The dishes are served very quickly, and there's even an electronic machine to deliver food. The environment and hygiene are satisfactory. Next time I come to Bangkok, I will book through Klook again.

I went during the salmon promotion. Normally there are many menu items, but today only salmon sashimi was available. I was quite disappointed, but the quality of the meat dishes was as good as ever. They maintain good quality and provide good service. Buying coupons through Klook was easy to use and very good.

Good quality meat. I like the Wagyu, Short Plate, Wagyu Brisket, and Angus Chuck Roll. The melted cheese is good. Some of the river prawns weren't very fresh; this should be improved. The croffle is delicious, and there's a wide variety of drinks. It's cheaper than buying directly from the store, so it's good value for money.
