We went to the Thonburi branch. The staff didn't speak much English, but we communicated using Google Translate. We booked a table for dinner that afternoon, and the staff patiently explained everything in detail, including the price, what was included, and how long the meal would take. We chose the most expensive lobster set, but it turned out that lobster is very difficult to grill properly. In the end, the shell was burnt, and the meat had a burnt taste. If I had to choose again, I would pick a lower-tier set, mainly focusing on the beef and river prawns. Their quality was quite good; the prawns had roe and tasted delicious after grilling. At the end, there was a slight issue when paying because we had bought two sets. Klook allows you to show one QR code that combines two people, or separate QR codes for two individuals. We used the combined QR code, and after scanning it, the staff asked where the other one was. After some explanation, they finally took a photo of my Klook page to resolve it. However, throughout the process, everyone was kind and patient in communicating, despite the language barrier.

Neta Grill: Today we tried their top-tier buffet at 1599++ (1,759 net). This Japanese buffet price includes drinks, even beer! We used a coupon code from the KLOOK app for an additional 600 baht discount – such great value! The new branch is at Market Village Suvarnabhumi. (Promotion for this branch: for every two diners who order 899++ or more, you get a free lobster.) The new restaurant is beautifully decorated, has a good, airy ambiance, and the staff are quick. Most importantly, the ingredients are fresh, clean, and meticulously presented. What surprised us was the sashimi set, which included uni! For a buffet price under 2,000 baht per person, the quality is excellent. No fishy smell, good aroma, and perfect texture – not creamy like some places. It's really good, just a slight note (they give a bit too little 😂). Wagyu Beef: We couldn't miss it. We ordered both top-tier wagyu dishes. 1.) Hokkaido Wagyu: This bite made us glow with delight, so satisfying it brought tears to our eyes. We ordered three more plates! Texture: Melts in your mouth, with beautiful marbling as expected. It's delicious grilled plain, or you can dip it in sauce for an extra umami kick! 🥰🥰 2.) Tajima Wagyu Karubi (1-inch thick): This cut is a bit thicker, with less marbling than the first. Personally, I wasn't particularly impressed (I prefer a softer texture), but my partner liked it. He said it was good, with a nice chew and a fragrant beef aroma. Sushi: We didn't try all the many menu items, focusing on recommended dishes. **The sushi rolls are small, with a balanced amount of rice and topping.** - Foie Gras Sushi: Quite good. The sauce is sweet, and the thin garlic slices cut through the richness. I liked it compared to many other restaurants. - Sushi Tower (no rice): All meat [Engawa, Eel, Hotate, etc.]. Not too small, not too big, just right. The combination of premium ingredients was incredibly harmonious. Every bite, every topping was delicious. The sauce was rich; eating too much can be a bit cloying. - Shellfish: Not too large, but fresh. Many varieties to choose from, Korean and Japanese. - Kani Miso (crab paste) and Shrimp Paste: Both were delicious. I preferred the Kani Miso. - Lobster: For grilling with cheese and ikura. I found the taste to be just okay. Desserts: Cakes, Daifuku, etc. We didn't try any desserts; we were too full from all the delicious savory dishes. Conclusion: I had eaten at other Neta branches before and wasn't impressed, so I thought I wouldn't eat there again. But a new branch opened near my house, so I decided to give it a try. The result at the Market Village Suvarnabhumi branch was extremely impressive! I will definitely go back there again. If you're interested and live nearby, try this branch!

So worth it!!! Personally, I focused on seafood and it was incredibly good. I loved it so much! The food arrived quite quickly, but sometimes the staff seemed confused and didn't bring everything, even though I didn't order an excessive amount that I couldn't finish. The seafood dipping sauce was excellent, not too spicy, I love it! The appetizers were always freshly made and served hot.

This time I bought a lot, but I wasn't very impressed that the shop put sliced lemon on the fish to decorate it, but it cooked the part of the fish where the lemon was placed, which annoyed me a little. I had to separate it into another box. This time I bought 3 kg, which wasted a lot of my time. Normally, every time I've bought before, they never put it in, but why did they put sliced lemon this time? Normally, if it's a real chef, they wouldn't put it in fresh fish because they would know it cooks the fish.

The food is beautifully plated. The taste is standard, not exceptionally good, but not worse than other restaurants of the same grade. It's considered good value for money. At the Mega Bangna branch, the staff provide good service, but I was confused when waiting at the front of the restaurant. Even though they saw people standing and empty tables, they didn't pay attention. This isn't the first time; it's happened all three times I've been there. I'd like to see an improvement.

The food is good quality, fresh, and delicious. The staff provide excellent service. We went around 11 AM, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable. At the Rama 2 branch, the staff were constantly attentive. The food arrived quickly, and there was such a wide variety that we couldn't try everything. Paying through Klook was easy; we just showed it upon arrival and could sit down to eat immediately. We ate lunch and were full until evening. 900 baht for two meals is not expensive at all, haha!

I used the voucher at the Seacon Square 4th floor branch. The restaurant is small, but the service was still slow, and I had to wait a long time for the food. The voucher worked well; I just told the staff, and they led me to a table where I could scan and use it. There are many food options; it would be difficult to try every dish. Focusing on meat dishes makes it worthwhile.

Good experience to have family's lunch here. Seafood Salmon Crab Shimp (We ordered Buffet suze M). Delicious moji icecream one scoop for each (Chocolate Thaitea Greentea ...) Refil drink... Duration 90 minute for this buffet (rather limited because grill usually take time for 4/ table.

This is the second time I've used Klook's service with Netagrill restaurant. The first time was at the Rama 2 branch, and the second time I tried the Mega Bangna branch. It was just as good as before. The food is fresh and clean, and the service is excellent for us. The price is good when using the discount from Klook. I will definitely come back. It's a must-try.
