Serviço de Boas-Vindas no Aeroporto da SAWASDEE Pass

My Butler: Miss Tanatchaporn is a very helpful and professional butler. She assisted me with my overweight luggage when I needed to pay for the airline, and even helped me buy mango sticky rice. She also guided me on where to buy Thai milk tea and how to get a tax refund. She is very smart, professional, and helpful to customers. She helped me use the faster entry channel. Thank you for allowing me to have a nice and good departure experience. Thank you so much. 🙏🙏🥹🥹👍😆

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 An absolute 10/10 experience! The Sawasdee Pass Meet & Greet Service made our arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the moment we landed, our butler was already waiting for us and guided us every step of the way. The buggy service was a huge plus, especially after a flight, and we didn’t have to line up at all. Everything—from immigration to baggage claim—was fast, seamless, and hassle-free thanks to the express lane. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. If you value convenience and want to save time at the airport, this service is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely book it again on my next trip to Bangkok!

Before departure, you will receive your butler's information. The butler will send a message notifying you of the meeting point before your plane lands. After your plane lands, walk across the jet bridge and enter the gate of the airport building, where you will see your butler holding a sign. Following a warm greeting, you will be led to the fast-track immigration counter. In front of me in the queue was a family of two adults and two children, each needing to register fingerprints and photos. The waiting time in this queue was indeed much shorter than in the regular lanes. After passing customs, the butler will be waiting for you on the other side to complete your immigration review, and then guide you to the exit. During the process, they will also ask if you have completed your electronic entry application, if you need to use the restroom, if you have checked luggage, etc. My personal experience (sitting in the front row of the plane, arriving at 10:10 AM on a Wednesday, with no checked luggage) was that it took less than 20 minutes to arrive and clear customs. The overall service process was smooth, and the butler was friendly and attentive.

We had a wonderful experience using the airport meet and greet service by Sawasdee Pass. We purchased the full service package, which included a butler service and buggy for 4 pax, and it was absolutely worth it. Piyada accompanied us and assisted us throughout the entire process until our private airport transfer car arrived. Her support was professional and attentive, especially for my elderly parents. The service was very user-friendly for seniors, and my parents were extremely happy and comfortable. Both Chalita and Piyada waited for us at the bridge and guided us through the fast-track service. Clearing immigration and customs took only about 10 minutes, which made the arrival experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Sawasdee Pass to anyone traveling with elderly family members or who values a seamless and efficient airport experience in Thailand. A truly thoughtful and reliable service.

I used the service before when entering Thailand, and now I've used it again to leave Thailand and go home. Once again, I've come to the conclusion that even though anyone can do this on their own (i.e., go through immigration), using this service is nothing short of amazing. The butler we had this time (Teeranun) was extremely well-prepared and knew the time, gate, and tax redemption at the airport very well (better than we did, lol). The fast track to immigration is perfect. Ideally, you can also go shopping while your butler waits with the luggage. This service is amazing, and I can only wholeheartedly recommend it!
