A sudden afternoon thunderstorm unexpectedly turned into the most perfect birthday cruise. Having worked in Thailand for two years, plus intermittent travel experiences afterward, this land has accompanied me for 20 years. But I'm ashamed to say, this was my first time taking a cruise in Bangkok. June 10th was my birthday, and my wife thoughtfully suggested booking the "Chao Phraya Orchid Cruise" sunset tour as a birthday celebration. Although it rained heavily before we boarded, causing some initial worry, I must commend the staff's excellent emergency response. They quickly adjusted seating and thoughtfully provided umbrellas, ensuring every guest could board dry. What surprised me most about this trip was the service on board. When booking, you can fill in birthday information, and the cruise provides a small cake. My wife even prepared a special "birthday sign" in advance, making my cake stand out among the many birthday celebrants. As for the meal, for a sunset cruise, the portion was moderate, which was just right for me. There's no need to pursue an excessive all-you-can-eat, allowing me to more leisurely enjoy the atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Over these 20 years, I've experienced many activities in Thailand, and this cruise experience truly left a deep impression on me. Whether it's the price, service, or the overall romantic atmosphere created, I highly recommend it to everyone. If I have the chance, I would still choose to celebrate my birthday here again. Il check-in al molo 4 di ICONSIAM è stato semplice, il personale è stato cordiale e l'intera esperienza è stata ben organizzata. La crociera in sé è stata il momento clou: viste fantastiche lungo il fiume Chao Phraya, in particolare vedere il Wat Arun e Bangkok illuminati di notte. Il buffet offriva una buona varietà di cibo tailandese e internazionale, e l'intrattenimento dal vivo ha mantenuto l'atmosfera divertente senza distogliere l'attenzione dalle viste. Per il prezzo, ho pensato che fosse un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e un modo davvero piacevole per vivere Bangkok dal fiume. È stato anche il modo perfetto per festeggiare il mio compleanno. If you’re looking for a fun night out, the White Orchid doesn't disappoint! The unlimited beer and the disco on the 360º deck made for such a great vibe. The food variety was impressive (both Thai and Western options), and the traditional Thai dance performances added a beautiful cultural touch before the party started. Great value for money and a total blast!

I celebrated my mom's birthday on this cruise. It was an amazing experience. My mom was so happy, which made it all worthwhile. We were given front seats in the deck area. The food isn't fancy, but it tastes delicious. The performers are entertaining, getting everyone on their feet and dancing. The views are also magnificent. A must-try experience when in Bangkok.

This is a must-do for first-timers in Bangkok. Since I am traveling with my parents, who are also first-timers, this is a must-do activity for us. We depart from Asiatique, which is a pretty good choice because the space is wide, and there are many shops and activities you can do while waiting to board the ship. Inside the ship, the food is good, the entertainment is awesome, and it's always nice to see Bangkok at night and enjoy the beautiful sights. Overall, it was a good experience.

The luxury ferry night cruise on the Chao Phraya River was an excellent overall experience. The onboard atmosphere was elegant, and the decorations were splendid, creating a strong holiday vibe from the moment we stepped aboard. The Chao Phraya River at night is truly beautiful, with the lights along the banks reflecting on the water. Passing under the bridges was particularly breathtaking. The food was incredibly abundant, featuring Thai cuisine, seafood, Western desserts, and more, and the quality was much higher than I had expected. We could enjoy red and white wine to our heart's content, and the combination of the wine with the night scenery felt especially pleasurable and relaxing. The staff service was also very attentive and friendly.

I am so grateful to celebrate my birthday on this cruise. The staff are very friendly and approachable. We had the VIP section. The food was very delicious.

I had a great time on this dinner river cruise. The staff were wonderful, the food was exceptional, and the entertainment was phenomenal 😊 The live music and singers were fantastic, and the cabaret-style dancers did an amazing job interacting with the audience and keeping the atmosphere fun and energetic. I was disappointed the top deck was closed because of the rain since I enjoy taking photos, but I still got some great shots from the lower deck. Overall, it was a really enjoyable and memorable experience. Also, a warning: the later dinner cruises get back after the ferry shuttle system stops for the night, so you might need to grab a ride home.

There was a great selection of food - mostly Thai cuisine, but they also offered some spaghetti and fries (probably for kids). I personally loved the grilled shrimp and mussels. You can also get ice cream; I liked the cookies and cream flavor. Such a relaxing experience, I'd recommend trying this, especially for first-timers in Bangkok. The view was breathtaking, especially during sunset. We also got a glimpse of the enticing lights of Iconsiam during the night. Staff were also friendly and approachable. There were also singers/performers on board, and they provided a nice vibe during the cruise.

The buffet had a good variety of food, and the live entertainment added a fun atmosphere to the experience. While it can get a bit crowded, the overall vibe was enjoyable and relaxing. It’s a great option for a scenic night out, especially for first-time visitors.
