I love this place so much, I would definitely visit again and spend the whole day here. It's located on the 9th floor of the hotel, the place is clean, the snacks are good, and the massage is just wonderful and the perfect strength for me. I will surely come back again!

The environment is pleasant, and the onsen is perfect. It's so refreshing after using the onsen. I will recommend my friends to try it.

I've been to many spas, but I always feel most at ease here. It was my first time using the hot springs, and they were much better than I expected, so well done that I wondered if the owner was Japanese. I was surprised to find Gero Onsen, a silk bath, and even a carbonated spring. I only found out when I borrowed the restroom just before leaving that there seemed to be a relaxation room and a hot stone bed in the back. I wish they had explained those things at the beginning. It might be good if they handed out a Japanese brochure or something similar at the start. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience.

If you enjoy hot springs and massages, this is an excellent choice. The facilities are new, the environment is clean, and if you're not in a hurry, you can comfortably spend most of the day here. Highly recommended.

The Spa is clean and spacious with friendly and polite staff. They provide drinks and snacks in the waiting and resting area. The onsen area is clean and surprisingly not crowded so that one can enjoy the onsen relaxingly.

Had a great and relaxing 4 hours here. The whole atmosphere is very relaxing. There are many relaxing room to hop around after massage and Onsen. place looks very clean. the massage therapist can be better.

The environment is excellent, very new, and very comfortable. However, the hot spring can only be used once per entry, but the masseuse's skills are quite good!
