Service: Full marks! The front desk staff responsible for contacting guests were very friendly. Due to personal reasons, I was 15 minutes late and had prepared myself for a reduction in massage time. Although I had changed the order time in advance that day, things can still change. I am grateful to the business for patiently waiting and adjusting the time so we could enjoy a full two-hour massage. Therapists: Both therapists were experienced, meticulous, and applied appropriate pressure. My elders were also very satisfied. Environment: On the way there, because I was in a hurry, I took the train to Charoen Nakhon station and followed Google Maps through winding alleys, which was a bit nerve-wracking. However, we arrived at the shop within 10 minutes. On the way back, taking the main road actually felt further! Atmosphere: It felt like arriving at a secluded paradise, very comfortable. If I plan to visit ICONSIAM again on my next trip to Bangkok, I will definitely revisit.

The massage experience was so good and relaxing. They provided a welcome tea and there’s another tea session after the massage! The massage was very good and the therapist did a very good job. Definitely worth my money and I will come here again if come back to Bangkok.

This was the first time I experienced such kindness in Bangkok. I was looking for a clean, well-equipped spa near the Millennium Hilton and found this place by sheer luck. The consultation staff were very friendly, and the massage therapists were excellent. A total of five of us booked and visited together. Reservations can be easily made via the main email or KLOOK, and both the facilities and service truly live up to the description of a 'premium spa.' My only regret is that I discovered it too late and could only visit on our last day. The spa is a 6-minute walk from ICONSIAM and is well worth it. It was a perfect spa experience that 100% satisfied everyone, from my parents in their 60s, my wife in her 30s, myself in my 40s, to my teenage daughter. All the staff were polite and friendly, and thanks to this place, I saw Bangkok in a new light. I highly recommend it. You will absolutely not regret visiting here. K-style is the best!

I booked a 120-minute spa session at Preme Pavilion and I highly recommend this spa☺️ The staff are friendly and accommodating, they made sure I was comfortable with everything ☺️ The ambiance is good, the place is clean and very peaceful. Kudos to my therapist, I felt so relaxed and refreshed after the spa 🙏 They offer tea before and after the massage. I'm not usually a tea person, but their tea here is really good 👍 It also comes with fruit 🍉. I will surely come back here on my next vacation, I really love it here 🙏☺️

It’s near Iconsiam and the place was awesome in terms of design and aesthetics. Staff were amazing from the reception to the therapists. So clean.

It's a bit difficult to access, but it's a great place that overcomes that drawback. The service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and therapists are all on par with a hotel spa. I received a very satisfying massage on my last day. I will definitely come again when I visit Bangkok!
