I just had the luggage sent to Shin-Osaka station and picked it up from there. Just triple-check that your hotel is located in an eligible delivery area, and this service is perfect!!!

The luggage arrived on the same day as promised. Unfortunately, shipping from Osaka was not very convenient. The staff were not familiar with the offer - even though there was a poster for this service hanging there. It took me over 30 minutes to check in the luggage. Unfortunately, for this price, I cannot really recommend it.
