The rental was very worth it, however, the place is not really easy to find; it's located a bit further from the station. It's best to rent in the morning when they start operating, as it will take some time to choose the outfit.

It was very kind and wonderful, but I was a little disappointed that there wasn't anyone who spoke Korean. ㅠㅠ In other places, there was someone who spoke Korean, but if you want to look extra pretty, there will be a huge additional charge.. haha, like for hair and makeup or upgrading the dress.. lol. Still, it was a special experience, so I was very satisfied. I only changed from a kimono to a yukata and was satisfied without any other additional charges.

素晴らしい！初めての体験で予約して本当に良かったです。地元の住民にレンタルの推薦を尋ねたところ、京都の住民がVISARAを推薦してくれたので、彼らが真のプロフェッショナルであることがわかります。女性たちは経験豊富で、フレンドリーで、可愛らしく、少し言葉の壁があっても忍耐強く対応してくれました。問題は全くありませんでした。文化と技術に感謝する気持ちになります。 もしまた京都に戻ることがあれば、喜んで推薦し、再度利用したいと思います！ 店内には英語での指示の看板があり、店内でのビデオや写真撮影は禁止されていることを思い出させてくれます。一人の女性は英語が流暢で、楽しい会話ができました。 渉成園から徒歩圏内で、ここは混雑することなく写真を撮るのに最適です（午後1時前に行くのがおすすめです）。私たちは伝統的なサンダルを履いて行き帰りしましたが、問題ありませんでした。 道順：Googleマップには注意してください！建物の裏側に回るように指示されるかもしれませんが、それは間違いです！入り口はありません！裏通りから角を曲がると、お店の入り口と建物の入り口が見えます。6階にあるという看板があります。

No frills unless you pay more, but still an amazing experience even as Quick & Simple Kimono (and Hairstyle). It takes time to choose your kimono but the ladies are very cute, patient and helpful! Even though most weren't fluent in English we were able to easily communicate. Very professional. There's no doubt these ladies know their stuff! So happy we booked with them for our first experience. A Kyoto resident recommended them so you know they're true professionals. It makes you appreciate the culture and the art of putting on layered clothing. There's signs giving instructions in English, and to tell you no videos/photos inside the shop. Also keep your cell phone in your obi (belt) not tucked into your robe (no chest/bra storage, ladies!) if you don't get a bag with your rental.

We arrived quite late at 3 PM, 30 minutes before our reservation, but we were served immediately. Since there was only one girl working, she had to attend to four of us at the same time, but she was really fast, nice, and productive! They had a great selection of clothes, accessories, and hairstyles, and we added a lot of things, which is why we had to pay a little extra (it was so worth it though!). We also paid an extra fee to keep the outfits until the next day since it was already quite late when we finished getting ready, but it was really, really worth it! I would always recommend this place!

My friend and I had a lot of fun! There were beautiful kimonos to select from and they made sure we looked our absolute best. very simple process to go through and they store our luggage until our return. The accessories provided including the shoes, bag and kanzashi were very beautiful

The service attitude was very good, but it felt like they were a bit confused. We chose a package that included one star, but they kept telling us we needed to pay extra for that one star. Although there was no problem after we asked them to reconfirm, we might have been overcharged if we hadn't paid attention.

It was a great experience! I enjoyed wearing a Yukata and walking around Kyoto in it. The staff were also super patient and helpful when it came to choosing designs and the hairstyle.
