Haru was amazing!! He explained everything clearly and made the workshop interesting! I had a lot of fun and enjoyed the instruction and the knife making! I engraved my name in Japanese! Thank you very much, Haru 🥰 I really enjoyed it!! I recommend coming, it's an amazing Japanese experience!!

This was a great event for my whole family! Friendly, encouraging, instruction from Kiito gave my twin boys confidence in building a new skill while learning some of the history and cultural influences on Japanese knife making. I got all of that out of it, and my knives at home will be sharper in the future!

There's just something really special about making your own knives, so it's definitely worth the experience and the money 🤩 We were guided by Haru all the way through and he was very precise, so we were super happy with the result 🔪✨

They teach you how to sharpen a pre-made blade. Then you can have them engrave whatever you want on the wooden handle. After that, you get to keep the knife. It's all in a large craft room where about five other different craft classes are taking place simultaneously. The instructor was excellent and provided clear instructions to everyone.

Excellent service. Yo and his colleagues were extremely helpful in teaching us how to properly sharpen and care for our knives, and how to keep the whetstones in proper order. They can also engrave on the handle, which is a fun addition to the process.

From the start Lu was extremely friendly and his English was very good. He was very patient and knowledgeable with all the information given about the steel and the handle. He also engraved a message onto our knifes at the end on the laser cutter, which was a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience.

This was so fun! Our guide 'Lou' ruled. Super friendly, helpful, and fluent in English as well. They can engrave anything that will fit on the handle too, so you can decide. Highly recommend.

What an AMAZING experience! We took both the knife-making and Kintsugi workshops with Haru and Kito, and it was exceptional. The balance between professional guidance and a welcoming atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly authentic craft experience!
