Haru-san was extremely patient, kind, and understanding. His explanation of the ideologies of Kintsugi and Wabi Sabi, as well as the patient explanation during the process, were fantastic, and he tried making us all feel at home. 100% recommendation!

You need a little patience, because there's a lot of grinding to do 😄 BUT it will all be worth it, they turn out so beautiful 🤩✨ Nice bowls are included, otherwise there are several slightly larger nice bowls you can purchase additionally ✨

It was a lot of fun. Small plates are included. If you want something larger or bowls, you can purchase them there. We were there for 2 hours. Everything was explained very well and also demonstrated. Anyone who needed help received it. 🥳

Wonji was the best teacher in the world; she was very patient with us, and it was an honor to learn about her culture and traditional techniques.

It is an excellent experience with clear guidance in English... Can top up different type of pottery... Love it and worth it.. experience: great location: easy walk from bus stop (bus depart from kyoto st) instructor: great service with clear instruction in english

This was a really fun and unique experience. The instructors were helpful but also allowed us to be independent. We really enjoyed learning about the history and making our own souvenir. We did choose a bowl/plate that was extra, but they had great options included in the price. I would definitely do this again!

It has been a wonderful experience. The guys have been super friendly and attentive. They explained the step-by-step process and stayed with us. Very approachable and pleasant. We enjoyed it a lot. The result is very beautiful, and the process was fantastic. It was my first time, I have no previous experience, and it was very entertaining. We enjoyed it! ARIGATO!
