動物好きには最高の体験でした。キツネはとてもかわいらしく、ガイドのミドリさんもとても親切で助かりました。いちご狩り体験も非常に素晴らしく、もう少し時間が長ければもっと良かったと思います。いちごは甘くて、お土産として買うのに安価でした。
This was my first time joining a one-day tour in Japan, and I did it specifically for the Fox Village. Since I had already visited Ginzan Onsen and Zao Snow Monsters on my own, I chose the Fox Village + strawberry picking option. Unexpectedly, the strawberry picking turned out to be incredibly rewarding! We ate so much during the 30-minute all-you-can-eat session; all four varieties were delicious, fragrant, and sweet 😋 Of course, the Fox Village was also amazing. At first, I noticed a smell, but after seeing so many adorable foxes, I completely forgot about it 😂
The tour guide was a Japanese lady. Some of her English pronunciations were a bit hard to understand, but she was very friendly and cute. On the way back, she even showed us pictures she printed herself to introduce local festivals, showing great attention to detail. We stayed at the Fox Village for about an hour and a half to two hours, which included time for souvenir shopping. You'll need to manage your time accordingly. Due to safety concerns, the Fox Village has its own detailed rules, including not touching the foxes (there's an extra-cost activity to hold a fox), so please pay close attention. Nevertheless, the foxes are still very cute. For the all-you-can-eat strawberries, we went to the fruit orchard next to Arahama Elementary School, and the staff auntie was also very kind. The all-you-can-eat strawberry activity lasts 30 minutes, and you'll find yourself eating enthusiastically from the start until you can't eat anymore.

This was amazing, absolutely loved every minute of it. Our guide was fantastic, so helpful. The foxes were very cute and the strawberries were delicious. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Sendai.
Been wanting to check out Fox Village for a while, but getting there was a bit tricky. Luckily, it made the travel smoother, and the time at each spot was just perfect. The guides and driver were friendly and professional. We had two guides this time—one spoke Mandarin, the other English. Not sure if it's the usual setup, but knowing a bit of English helped. Plus, the announcements and Japanese history intros were in English, which was a nice touch.
The tour bus was comfortable and clean, and the driver drove safely on the snowy roads. The tour guide explained everything in English throughout the trip and was very responsible. There were fewer foxes at the Fox Village than expected, and the park itself wasn't very large. However, the snow made for beautiful photos. We had 40 minutes to pick and eat as many large, sweet strawberries as we wanted in the greenhouse. There was also time to relax and have a snack at the coffee shop.
The tour ran smoothly and comfortably. There was a planned break at the highway station in between the journey which was helpful. Tour guide Shun spoke good English and was helpful throughout. I also liked his explanations of history and interesting spots along the way. The fox village was such a beautiful and fun experience. Many safety rules to enter but all for good reason. Do note that children are not allowed to hold the foxes during the cuddling experience time, but they are still allowed to take pictures next to them and even pet them as long as they are with a paying adult. The strawberry farm was also a lovely experience, with all your can eat strawberries within a 30 min time frame and with varying varieties to try. Highly recommend this tour!
The tour guide and driver were both enthusiastic and responsible. Although the foxes looked a bit thin and small in August due to shedding season, the experience of observing them up close in the park was wonderful! Unfortunately, strawberry picking was limited to one 350ml cup per person as it was not the peak season, and eating while picking was not allowed on site, which was a shame.
