I highly recommend this 2-day, 1-night tour. The driver was professional, and the ride felt very safe, which was important as we were traveling with seniors. Vivien was a fantastic coordinator, keeping us informed and safe at every stop. From the foxes to the historic streets of Ginzan Onsen, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.

This was my first time using this travel app to explore Japan’s Tohoku region with our guide, Lee Xiang. After reading many good reviews, I felt confident and excited about the trip. On the first day, we visited Zao Fox Village in Miyagi and Ginzan Onsen in Yamagata. There was a lot of snow, but the weather was nice with blue skies. Our driver was professional and drove smoothly, so we had enough time to enjoy the beautiful scenery. We stayed at a hotel with an artificial radium hot spring, which was very relaxing. On the second day, the weather was sunny again. We took the Zao Chuo Ropeway to Torikabuto Station, halfway up the mountain, and saw the famous snow monsters. The view was amazing, and we rang a bell for good luck. Later, we visited Ouchi-juku, an old post town from the Edo period. The snow-covered houses were charming. I enjoyed green onion soba and mochi at a local restaurant. Overall, the trip was comfortable, well organized, and highly recommended.

Thanks to our guide, Tommy, we had a truly wonderful two days! Even before our departure, he sent us all the necessary information via LINE and responded incredibly quickly. Throughout the trip, he consistently provided prompt updates and instructions via LINE regarding meeting times and other details, which was very convenient. Although we were the only Koreans, the guide was fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese, so there were no communication difficulties at all! I thought there might be some places we couldn't visit due to weather conditions, but we ended up being able to go everywhere. Every part of the itinerary was incredibly beautiful and created unforgettable memories! On the way to Ginzan Onsen, the bus tire got stuck in the snow, and we couldn't move. However, the bus driver and our guide, Tommy, continuously reassured everyone and responsibly resolved the issue, which was fantastic! It even felt like we gained another memorable experience! Also, we thought we wouldn't make it to Ginzan Onsen because of the delay, but Tommy did his absolute best, contacting the company and making arrangements, so we were able to enter Ginzan Onsen even after the shuttle bus operating hours had passed! We were so relieved to see the beautiful scenery of Ginzan Onsen. And the guide took really great photos for us too! 📸👍 The hotel was clean, spacious, and we were satisfied with being able to use the hot springs. The breakfast was also a plus! 👍 Plus, there are sushi restaurants, izakayas, and more nearby that you can enjoy in the evening! It was such a satisfying tour – the guide, the itinerary, and the scenery – that I'd love to use this service again! I highly recommend it to other Koreans!!

A fantastic two-day, one-night itinerary! We visited many places! This tour arrived at Ginzan Onsen after 4 PM, which allowed us to see the beautiful evening illumination. These are all suburban places I've always wanted to visit, and they're difficult to access without a car. However, this tour arranged everything perfectly: tickets were pre-purchased, timings were well-planned, and we had direct point-to-point transfers to each location. The price was truly reasonable for all this! Additionally, our tour guide for this trip, Zoe/Xiao Wang, was absolutely excellent! First, her language skills were outstanding; she spoke Cantonese, Mandarin, and English fluently and clearly! With previous tour guides, I often had to guess what they were saying, but Zoe was very clear and pleasant to listen to! Furthermore, the itinerary was perfectly timed, which made us very satisfied! She understood the needs of the guests and the unique features of each attraction, allowing us to see both the sunset and night views of Ginzan Onsen! This was a rare treat! She was genuinely friendly and enthusiastic! Throughout the trip, she often took the initiative to take photos for us, ensuring we had memorable group pictures! She also handled many large and small issues effortlessly! This trip made us very happy and feel very secure! Many thanks to Zoe!

Ginzan Onsen is very pretty in real life, but the traffic jam slowed us down and made us walk into the village in the cold. The waiting time for the shuttle was very long, and it was sheltered. Andy is a nice and kind tour guide who waited for everyone in the cold to board the shuttle to our bus. The bus was also on time, and the driver was safe. It was snowing heavily at the Fox Village, Zao Ropeway (we didn't see the Snow Monsters as they had not formed yet), and Ouchi Juku, which made our experience even more magical and mesmerizing. Please wear warm clothes and keep warm. Enjoy the trip!

Amazing 2D1N excursion, value for money & it's a must attend if you want to experience the winter season/snow when you travel to Tokyo. At the same time, kudos to Tommy (Tour leader) & the bus driver (8000), although the weather is very bad (heavy snow) & peak season at Ginza Osen; however, Tommy & the bus driver make sure we can have all the activities & work until very late, although is over their working time.

This tour was honestly the highlight of our Japan trip. We started at Zao Fox Village, which was such a unique experience seeing the foxes up close. Then we visited Ginzan Onsen and were lucky enough to experience snowfall - it felt magical, especially at night with the lights on. We stayed at a comfortable hotel with onsen facilities. The next day, we took the Zao Ropeway for beautiful snowy mountain views, and ended at Ouchi-juku, which felt like stepping back in time. Transport was by bus and everything was smooth and well organized. Our guide Vivien was amazing! She's super kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip seamless. Highly recommend!

Absolutně to stojí za to! Prohlídka proběhla hladce, byla dobře organizovaná a promyšleně naplánovaná. Náš průvodce byl vstřícný, přátelský a znalý, což celý zážitek ještě umocnilo. Každá zastávka byla krásná. Po celou dobu jsme se cítili skvěle postaráno. Naše ubytování bylo také pěkné. Vřele doporučujeme!

The itinerary for this trip was exceptionally well-arranged; we arrived at Ginzan Onsen just as the lights came on, which was incredibly beautiful 🤩 It felt like stepping into the fairy-tale world of Spirited Away from a Miyazaki film! The onsen hotel arrangements were also excellent; I slept soundly and comfortably at night. The hotel was clean, the hot springs were comfortable, and breakfast was rich and varied! Full marks 💯
