Experiência Mandara Spa no Sheraton Imperial Hotel em Kuala Lumpur

I enjoyed the session so much. I've been to a few Mandara chain spas before, one in Pahang and Kota Kinabalu many years ago. This time, I finally made a point to try the one here in KL. It was amazing, I enjoyed it so much, and they had discounts on Elemis products, which made the visit so worthwhile. It was a great experience for me, and I hope everyone would enjoy the same. Incredibly calm and relaxing spot. Very clean and hygienic. Locker rooms and showers are good. The male masseuse was fantastic, considerate, professional and a good touch. I enjoyed my experience, although at 50 USD I expected as much

Had an amazing Balinese massage at Mandara Spa in Sheraton KL. The ambiance was calm and inviting, with relaxing scents and soothing music. My therapist was professional and attentive, using just the right amount of pressure to ease tension and melt away stress. The combination of aromatherapy and traditional techniques left me feeling completely refreshed. A warm cup of ginger tea at the end was the perfect touch. Highly recommended for a relaxing escape in the city.

I had an amazing two hour session where there was a foot bath, body wash, body scrub, floral bath and traditional Balinese body massage. I got to choose the type of body scrub and essential oil for the body massage. Deng, the masseuse who attended to me, was attentive and helpful. She explained to me what each scrub and essential oil is useful for. Her massage strength was also particularly strong enough for me. I will go to this spa again!

The place was clean, the technician was polite, and above all, I was able to use my ticket very smoothly. However, it was a bit cold during the treatment, and it was a little disappointing that they said the air conditioning couldn't be turned down because it was centrally controlled. But when I mentioned it was cold, they made an effort to warm me up, which was very good.

It was a great experience; they serve you cold ginger tea while you wait. I also booked the 'Pure Indulgence' package, which includes a hot ginger drink with cookies during your spa treatment! You can choose between a foot massage or a facial as an option. Overall, it's definitely worth trying!

Wonderful spa package. Bring swimwear to enjoy the hot jacuzzi, steam, and sauna. You can enjoy them before or after finishing the massage treatment, which was very professional and effective.

I made a reservation the night before, and even though the time was uncertain, they were able to accommodate me immediately when I arrived, which was wonderful! I'm so grateful to have experienced a luxury spa at an affordable price.
