Incredibly calm and relaxing spot. Very clean and hygienic. Locker rooms and showers are good. The male masseuse was fantastic, considerate, professional and a good touch. I enjoyed my experience, although at 50 USD I expected as much

Had an amazing Balinese massage at Mandara Spa in Sheraton KL. The ambiance was calm and inviting, with relaxing scents and soothing music. My therapist was professional and attentive, using just the right amount of pressure to ease tension and melt away stress. The combination of aromatherapy and traditional techniques left me feeling completely refreshed. A warm cup of ginger tea at the end was the perfect touch. Highly recommended for a relaxing escape in the city.

I had an amazing two hour session where there was a foot bath, body wash, body scrub, floral bath and traditional Balinese body massage. I got to choose the type of body scrub and essential oil for the body massage. Deng, the masseuse who attended to me, was attentive and helpful. She explained to me what each scrub and essential oil is useful for. Her massage strength was also particularly strong enough for me. I will go to this spa again!

it was great experience, they serve u cold ginger tea while u waiting. Also i book pure indulgence which they serve u hot ginger drink with cookies when you having spa! you can choose foot massage or facial as option. overall it definitely good to try!

Wonderful spa package. Bring swim wear to enjoy the Hot jacuzzi, steam and sauna. You can enjoy them before or after finishing the massage treatment which was very professional and effective.

An exceptional luxury spa experience at Mandara Spa, Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur. The Pure Indulgence package was beautifully curated and lasted approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, offering complete relaxation and rejuvenation. The body massage was expertly performed, relieving deep muscle tension and restoring overall balance. The facial treatment was equally impressive, leaving the skin refreshed, hydrated, and visibly revitalized. Access to the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna further enhanced the experience, providing deep relaxation and detoxification. The ambiance was serene, elegant, and immaculately maintained, complemented by highly professional and attentive therapists. A truly premium wellness journey and highly recommended for those seeking refined luxury and total relaxation.
