Guide Arya was all rounded and knowledgeable about the visited locations around Madura. But due to unexpected bad weather halfway through, we could not go to Arosbaya Hill. But Arya was thoughtful to offer alternative visit spots back in Surabaya instead, where we went to Cheng Ho mosque. Driver Yohannes was very smooth with driving and going around challenging roads. Overall can recommend this trip to explore Madura island from Surabaya. This tour should be made avaiable as sharing tour also as the price is on the high side for a private one only.

I had a fantastic time with my tour guide (Arya). From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the local history and culture. They explained everything clearly, took great care of me, and made the entire tour feel fun and comfortable. I really appreciate their effort in making sure I had a good experience. We took the “Madura private day tour from Surabaya“. There are the wonderful memories with our guide Hirman and driver Hasan. Hirman is a great tour guide who shared lots of culture of Madura, and is also a great photographer who left beautiful images of our trip. Hirman and Hasan also helped us find the souvenir shop in Surabaya.

Hreesang was our guide for this trip and he was amazing! Very friendly and easy to get along with, he also speaks really good English. I would highly recommend doing this trip, it is a very unique experience.

Something different. Who would have thought an active limestone quarry can be a tourist spot? Our guide, Rina is good! She’s knowledgeable about the area. The bebek sinjay is delicious! We even tried it again on one of the posh restaurants in the city that evening - but this Madura original is still the best by far! We had a good time at the batik shop too! The Uncle at that shop is just awesome! He took great studio-like photos of us. And I so love the beautiful batik that we got there.

Ini adalah kegiatan yang sangat baik untuk ditambahkan ke rencana perjalanan Anda di Surabaya terutama setelah Gunung Bromo. Perjalanan ini lebih santai dan mendidik dan kami berkesempatan melihat bagian lain dari Surabaya. Hreesang, pemandu kami sangat ramah, menyenangkan, dan informatif. Excellent one-day tour! Our 7-year-old son was with us and he also really enjoyed it. Many thanks to our guide and his team: they arrived on time and accompanied us everywhere. Arya terampil dalam fotografi dan membawa kami ke tempat-tempat foto terbaik. Dia membantu kami dalam pengambilan foto dan juga berbagi informasi menarik tentang budaya di Madura. Kedua gua kapur itu indah dan membuat kami merasa seperti berada di lokasi syuting film, terutama bukit kapur Arosbaya yang memiliki nuansa jurassic world/indiana jones. Ada sangat sedikit turis sehingga kami punya banyak waktu untuk mengambil gambar dan menikmati pemandangan. Kami juga berkesempatan mengunjungi rumah tradisional Jawa dan pasar seni Tresna tempat kami menikmati kudapan ringan - kopi jahe, goreng pisang, dan kerupuk 😊 makan siang di restoran Bebek Sinjay, bebeknya enak sekali! Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah pelarian yang luar biasa dari kehidupan kota dan kami bersenang-senang. Terima kasih! ❤

Pemandangan formasi alam di Madura yang luar biasa indah. Arya adalah pemandu yang fantastis dan dia mengambil foto-foto kami yang menakjubkan selama perjalanan serta memastikan perjalanan kami sangat nyaman. Seamless booking experience. Impromptu booking made the day before and the agency Cheap Bromo made contact for confirmation soon after. Trip to Madura was guided by Pak Arya and driven by Pak Harris. Trip was fun but hot. Pak Arya converses well in English and explains and shares much on the history and culture of Madura throughout the trip. He was very patient to answer to any questions raised. Moreover Pak Arya takes good photos and has good recommendations for stunning photo spots!! The drive with Pak Harris is comfortable with Pak Harris being a patient and careful driver, always checking to ensure you are comfortable throughout your trip. Guide and driver are accomodative and never rushed you throughout the trip. Overall a good and relaxing trip, just wished they could have included some beach spots in their itinerary in future. Would not hesitate to go with Cheap Bromo in future.
