A very fun experience! We booked the ATV and horse riding. There weren't many tourists on the day of the activity. After we arrived, we just filled out a form and could start. The staff spoke Cantonese, which made us feel especially welcome. We played ATV first; the vehicle was very easy to control. The staff led us up the mountain, passing by cattle along the way. The children had a great time! Afterwards, the staff gave us carrots to feed the small animals on the farm, and then arranged for us to ride horses. The whole trip was very smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The farm owner speaks Cantonese, which feels very welcoming. The farm is huge, and both horse riding and ATV are fun. You can ride around in circles, and of course, someone will guide you. 😂😂😂

Revisiting Cairns after almost a decade, the city has become a lot more quieter, yet the outdoor attractions in the surroundings didn’t disappoint us. Overall it was a fun and enjoyable experience riding both ATV and the horses. My daughter had fallen sick right on original booking day, however, the in-charge of Kur Cow Helen promptly rearranged the date for us so that we won’t miss it. For beginners and family with young kids, they provide appropriate protective and guidance for both rides. Prompt help was provided whenever the kids went off-track or having trouble along the bumpy road. Horses had gentle temperament so my young kids were enjoying the whole time riding them. The quad bikes were nicely maintained and of different sizes suitable for different body-build/height. Helen knew that we were in hurry after the activities and she offered timely help by providing a transit ride at a very reasonable cost. Definitely would recommend it!

I didn't expect them to speak Cantonese. There was a small hiccup in the middle; they sent me a message to confirm the pick-up time, which was different from the time Klook gave me. When we arrived, we couldn't find anyone, so we borrowed a local's phone to call them, and they were very kind, agreeing to come pick us up immediately. The ATV ride was a lot of fun. However, it had rained heavily the day before, so everyone was covered in mud after the ride. My youngest son drove a small vehicle, and as a result, we had to buy him a whole new set of clothes, shoes, and socks; he was completely covered in mud. But it was really fun, a must-try experience.

The farm is very good. The farm is clean. The farm owners are very nice and helpful. They tried to help us find transportation. Good experience👍

We were able to ride a very smart horse across a vast ranch! My sons were also thrilled with the buggy ride, saying it was a lot of fun on the thrilling course through the mountain roads! They also got to feed the horses and goats, and the children said it was their best memory. Thank you very much!

It's great fun, you must try it. The staff are super nice. For a family of four, they assign one person to lead and another to watch from behind, so it's absolutely safe.

Una gran experiencia para un paseo a caballo por la naturaleza. Los guías fueron muy cuidadosos con la seguridad y los caballos cruzaron el río con el agua llegándonos hasta la rodilla. Una experiencia agradable y a los niños les encantó.

The poor weather conditions led to the cancellation of the horseback riding activity, which wasn't the issue. However, being told that we couldn't get a partial refund and had to either cancel completely or switch to a 2x longer ATV experience, this information should have been provided in advance, not upon our arrival. The weather conditions were not a sudden occurrence; they were foreseeable. Furthermore, the on-site staff told us we could take photos on the horse, but did not clearly state that this was an "alternative solution." Our subsequent refund request was then denied based on this, making us feel intentionally misled.

De alguna manera terminé reservando para el mes equivocado y se suponía que era el 2 de enero. Debido a la reserva de múltiples actividades, me equivoqué con el mes. Sin embargo, no hubo flexibilidad para cambiar la fecha, aunque entiendo la política, pero al menos debería haber alguna consideración para tal situación. Ni siquiera pude obtener el número de Klook Travel para hablar de inmediato o recibir algún recordatorio un día antes de la actividad. No pude obtener ninguna ayuda adecuada para este problema después de la confirmación de la reserva. Me quedé indefenso perdiendo mi dinero 😭
