We arrived 5-10 minutes late for our booked time because we got lost, but the staff accommodated us immediately. They were really friendly and easy to talk to as they spoke English. They helped us choose the kimonos and accessories. The staff member who styled my hair also did a great job and was really friendly. We loved the experience!

The photographer was really friendly and even helped us with our poses. He recommended the spots along Asakusa and the temple to have amazing photos! He always had his photos checked with us every after he does the shoots.

Highly recommended, the kimono is beautiful! The staff's service attitude is excellent, they can speak Mandarin, and they help with clothing coordination. They didn't get impatient with my indecisiveness and constant photo-taking. After choosing the kimono, there are also many beautiful hairstyles to choose from. The stylist is professional and the hairstyle was very secure; my hair didn't get messed up even after going to Shibuya Sky! For this price, you can rent from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, which is a great deal. However, being tied up and wearing geta (wooden clogs) can be quite tiring, so you can't wear it for too long. Asakusa is very crowded, so I recommend booking a bit earlier, otherwise, you might not get any good photos. The only drawback was that we found out upon arrival that the address had changed, but the Klook voucher wasn't updated, so we went to the old address. We walked an extra 10+ minutes for nothing, and it made us feel a bit down in the morning, sosad.

Such a lovely experience. The workers were very patient & helpful when I was picking my kimono. Everyone was very respectful & very kind. More than anything, I appreciate them so much for taking the time to style my hair. I received SOO many compliments throughout day as I walked around Tokyo. The photographer, Hama, was also AWESOME. Highly recommended! This kimono rental shop offers great value for money. My friend and I rented kimonos for an experience, and the staff were very patient in helping us choose the colors for our obi, cords, and small handbags. They were also very professional and gentle when helping us put on the kimonos, which felt very considerate. Additionally, I tried the hairstyling service this time, and the stylist recommended some hair accessories that matched the color of my kimono. My friend and I were both very satisfied with the overall result. We will definitely visit again next time we come to Tokyo!

My daughters chose this place after a long search, saying the colors were more vibrant and beautiful. They were very satisfied with the actual results. First, the location is easy to find, on the second floor right by the main road. When choosing kimonos, a Mandarin-speaking staff member from mainland China assisted them, making communication very smooth. When doing their hair, it was all Japanese staff, as this is their specialty, and no special communication was needed. The hairstyles created were indeed very Japanese-style and beautiful. The hairstyles also held up quite well throughout their outing. Because it was cold, they thoughtfully provided secret weapons: warm leg warmers and a neck warmer scarf. With these, it wasn't as cold.

I am a Thai person who used the service here. The service here is excellent. The traditional attire is complete and absolutely beautiful. The hairstyling here is also very well done, using electric hair rollers, and there are plenty of hair accessories. They take great care of you, pampering you completely.
