Our concerns about the cleanliness of the kimono we were going to rent turned out to be unnecessary. The kimono we chose was in excellent condition and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and highly professional in dressing us and styling our hair just the way we wanted. The photographer provided -Ms. Lu was also very professional and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

After booking, I found that the flagship store was closer to Senso-ji Temple and also closer to our hotel. I contacted customer service and they quickly helped us change to the flagship store. The flagship store is very large and beautiful. Customer service also reminded us that even without this special offer, the prices here are higher, but I think it's very, very worth it, highly recommended. The photography service is very professional, I love every single photo, and I almost couldn't choose which ones to retouch because there were so many good ones. I really wanted to wear a furisode, but the weather was too hot. The staff told us that there would be an anniversary event in October where furisodes would be half price! I'm already planning to book for the autumn foliage season. The photography is truly very natural, and they are great at guiding you, so it's not awkward at all. Plus, they can speak Chinese.

夫と私はプラスサイズですが、着付けに問題はありませんでした。この場所は浅草寺のすぐ隣なので、写真を撮るために遠くまで歩く必要はありませんでした。暑かったので3時間しか着ませんでしたが、閉店まで着ていられる選択肢もありました。午後1時以降に予約することをお勧めします。その方が涼しく、一日中着ていやすいでしょう。

The counter staff greeted us quickly, and their service attitude was excellent! They also spoke Chinese. They first introduced the different plan prices; the flagship store is very large and beautiful! I unexpectedly stumbled upon a super beautiful shop.

I had such a lovely experience with Miyabi Kimono in Asakusa 🤍 The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Their customer service was excellent they were patient, attentive, and made sure everything fit perfectly. The kimono selection was beautiful with so many elegant designs to choose from.

There were many kimonos to choose from, ranging from classic styles to very cute designs. Getting dressed and having our hair done was easy and enjoyable, and we received several compliments. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the experience. Overall, a very positive experience.

This was the most worthwhile part of my trip to Japan, absolutely no regrets! The service was friendly, the styles were beautiful, and the hairstyles were all so lovely, with as many choices as the clothes. Five stars aren't enough to express how good it was! This place deserves 50 stars! I specifically chose this shop because it's a bit further from Kaminarimon but still around Senso-ji Temple, so there are fewer people, allowing me to take my time choosing and taking photos. There's also no need to worry about fewer choices if you arrive late.
