Passeio de Quadriciclo na Zona Rural em Penang Balik Pulau

We are a family size of 3 (with a 4yo). Uncle Jimmy our chauffeur came to get us from our hotel at Georgetown and took us safely and comfortably to Balik Pulau. Rizal was our ATV guide. Being the only female, he allowed me to be second in line with my hubby and boy the next, followed by a group of 5 (all male). He constantly checked on us throughout the ride, gestured to stop at various locations and assisted us in taking amazing photos. He gave us a heads up what to expect in the next leg of journey (e.g. Cow). Last stop was at Hutan Paya Laut, a swamp forest leading to the ocean where we met the friendly ginger cat before making our way back. Uncle Jimmy was already there waiting for us to take us back to our hotel. Had our complimentary lemongrass drink and a slice of banana cake at Love uu cafe before hoping into Uncle Jimmy's car and bidding farewell. My 4yo enjoyed it so much! Thank you Rizal! We will be back!

Transfer ke pangkalan ATV tepat waktu tetapi aktivitas dimulai sedikit lebih lambat dari biasanya. Namun, pelatihan yang tepat tentang ATV diberikan kepada peserta dan mesin diperiksa sebelum tur dimulai. Kami juga berhenti di beberapa tempat fotogenik untuk mengambil video/foto. Itu adalah kegiatan yang menyenangkan dan berkesan bagi keluarga kami. Toilet juga bersih. Hairnet dan helm juga dalam kondisi baik. menikmati sepotong kue dan minuman dingin setelah tur di Love UU cafe, di sebelah pangkalan ATV.

The ATV experience was guided by TCL ATV Extreme through the palm tree lined forest and through to the coast. It was a great experience to drive through the rice paddies in the morning. The guides did a safety demonstration before we started. This package guarantees a ride transfer from your hotel and back, avoiding the need to wait for a Grab. We had a short delay with our morning pick up and we're reassigned a driver at the last minute. The driver helped to let the agent know and we were ultimately on our way over an hour after pick up time.

Un lugar pintoresco con actividades agradables para disfrutar con amigos y familiares... pero hay que ir preparado con protector solar y repelente de mosquitos.

ATV教練很專業, 因應我們的程度, 安排路線。可惜當天早上下大雨,影響體驗. 幸好在尾段開始有太陽. 另外, 教練提議下次再去ATV 時, 最好帶多一套後備衣服替換, 因為走樹林時有泥. 最好，請注意雖然最少參與年齡是15歲, 但是如果是女孩子,最好要三思再決定是否參加, 因為ATV 比較重, 𨍭彎有難度。我們也因為下雨天及女兒的程度只走平坦及公路, 沒走樹林jungle.

Our guide, Rizal, was very professional, patient, and attentive throughout the trip. We were traveling as a family with members of different ages, and he made sure everyone was comfortable and safe at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed the ATV adventure and cherished every moment of the ride. The fresh air, beautiful greenery, and scenic surroundings made the experience even more memorable. Thank you, Rizal, for making our trip enjoyable and unforgettable.

The experience was great and guide was good. But problem is our ATV was 1 hour instead of 2 hours experience that was shared and what we paid for. Had asked klook agent to investigate and to refund unused hour for 3 paxs. The agent has yet to confirm status of refund
