The meeting point is right on the beach! Although you can't find a clear location on the map, just walk straight onto the beach and you'll find it. The staff are friendly and professional, the experience was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Definitely worth trying!

During our stay at Ferringhi Beach in Penang, we experienced parasailing and banana boating with Sunrise. It was not far from the nearby By The Sea Hotel, about a 16-minute walk. We were initially worried that Sunrise's parasailing might be inferior because it was cheaper than other competitors on Klook, but thanks to the friendly staff and Boss Speed, our children had a wonderful experience. After the activity, my son played on the beach for about two hours and was stung by a jellyfish. The owner promptly sent a staff member to buy white vinegar and provided excellent first aid. Although they said he would be fine after an hour, they also gave us directions to a nearby clinic if we were still concerned. We went to the Ferringhi Clinic, received an allergy shot and medication, and returned home safely. I am very satisfied, as the children said they had so much fun that it was a shame only they got to parasail.

From start to finish, it was truly excellent. From registration, safety before, during, and after the activity was well-maintained.

It was doomed from beginning due to weather conditions. they even said would refund. thankfully the weather cleared up enough for 2 hours to enjoy the para sailing which was worth it. For them the safety of people was upmost. they even cancelled 20 booked cases a day back. . They are highly recommended
