The River Cruise was fantastic and very well organized. The Guide, as well as, the lady at the ticketing desk were very polite and helpful. The guide was really a fun guy, who made the 90 mins cruise very enjoyable with his jokes and light heartedness. He takes you around the river, until it reaches the ocean and on the way (and return) you catch a fish, try to catch a crab, pluck a Mangrove Apple, learn about the fisherman boat, fishing boats etc. and so on. The only thing that you may not like is that the river itself was a bit dirty and you could see the amount of garbage people throw into that beautiful river. Towards end of cruise, the guide will be picking up quite a bit of garbage which is a standard practice in every cruise. Also the water seemed dirty and I just hope that the Government and people there, continue to take efforts to make it clean.

A pleasant river cruise. The guide was knowledgeable and pointed out many sights along the way. The boatman caught several fish and showed them to us. He released them back into the river afterwards. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience! We left on time, came back on time, had fun doing the activities and the staff were very friendly and fun! it would be a fun activity to do with your family as well. Thank you for the amazing experience!

We truly enjoyed the Penang River Cruise as a family of two adults and two children. The 90 minutes passed effortlessly, with beautiful landscapes and an engaging guide who shared entertaining stories and fun facts. What made the experience even more meaningful was knowing that it contributes to the ongoing project of cleaning rubbish from the river. The only aspect that felt questionable was the demonstration involving a cowfish — pulling it out of the water to show how it stands seemed unnecessary and detracted slightly from an otherwise wonderful experience.

Very nice trip, very informative and perfect for relaxing and marveling. You also get to see the other sides of the city and you notice that the people know a lot about the animals, nature, and the entire area. With this tour, you even help keep a piece of nature clean!

The overall experience was great! The staff were friendly, helpful, and very engaging throughout the trip. Communication was also good, and they even provided complimentary mineral water. The cruise itself was a really nice experience — we got to see some wildlife up close and even learn how fish and crabs are caught, which made the trip more interesting and memorable.

Nice activity! The boat is great, the view is fantastic, and the guide tells you a lot. They look out for animals, although the surrounding nature alone is already beautiful to behold.

No pudimos realizar la actividad porque el río estaba demasiado crecido para hacerlo de forma segura, pero la empresa fue proactiva y lo comunicó con antelación, ofreciendo varias opciones para ajustar el día, incluyendo un reembolso. Habríamos vuelto a reservar, pero nos fuimos de Georgetown a la mañana siguiente. Tenga en cuenta también que la actividad se realiza en tierra firme y no cerca de Georgetown.
