A small but informative museum. There are many exhibits detailing shipwrecks and what was unearthed on level one. Staff is friendly. Also, you'll get a can of coffee too!

Una vasta collezione di pezzi di ceramica che vanno da pezzi imperiali a pezzi di relitti. Imparerai come la ceramica cinese si è evoluta nel corso degli anni. Ho anche ricevuto un tour personale dal curatore stesso e mi è piaciuto imparare di più sulla storia della ceramica. Grazie!

¡Dinero bien gastado! Este lugar es muy informativo y cuenta la historia de Penang como puerto comercial internacional a través de cerámicas (en su mayoría chinas). El museo es bastante pequeño pero muy informativo y puedes optar por unirte a un tour guiado gratuito con su increíble personal. Además, puedes obtener una bebida gratis en la cafetería. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar este lugar, es dinero bien gastado.

The staff were very helpful and informative! The tickets included one cup of coffee! Loved it and had a great time learning more about the history and pottery!

The museum was filled with interesting information and porcelain pieces. The staff were very helpful and informative. Unlike most museums, some of the display pieces could be touched.

This place should actually be called the "Shipwreck Museum," as half of its collection was salvaged from the sea. The staff explain the origins of the artifacts. We met a Mr. Yan, a local Penangite who is very knowledgeable about history and explained things clearly, which was very beneficial.

Good thing (one of the) to visit in Penang. Why I enjoyed? I asked/heard from the tour guide the history of exhibits, how does museum know that the item not fake/copy, which one is the most expensive and how to understand the real price of the item?

Es mi culpa, fui a un lugar que no es de mi interés, jaja. Pero fui en el momento adecuado porque el boleto incluía entrada gratuita a otra exposición y una bebida gratis que estaba deliciosa.
