Maxim's Chinese Cuisine's Poon Choi is excellent. The base, made of lotus root and bean curd sheets, absorbs the broth beautifully, making it incredibly flavorful! The other ingredients are also very good!

I had to go to the store in person to redeem it, and it took 45 to 50 minutes for processing. The staff said the system couldn't find the relevant purchase information.

1. The instructions are extremely unclear. Since an in-store reservation three days in advance is required, why does the online order system ask for a reservation date after placing an order? This misleads consumers into thinking they've already made an online reservation, only to be told at the store that they must reserve three days in advance in person. 2. The store address is not listed at all! Using the map function, the address leads to the most inconvenient location, the Hong Kong City Hall store. First-time visitors to Hong Kong City Hall will find it impossible to navigate on their own, getting lost on the streets in the dead of winter, hungry and cold! The experience was terrible! 3. The product information completely fails to mention whether it's vacuum-packed and can be stored for several days, or if it's meant for immediate consumption on the day of purchase! There's a time gap between the collection date and the consumption date!
