Maxim's Chinese Cuisine's Poon Choi is excellent. The base, made of lotus root and bean curd sheets, absorbs the broth beautifully, making it incredibly flavorful! The other ingredients are also very good!

The taste is good, but the portion size is a bit small! There are too many peanuts. It needs to be heated over the lowest flame for at least thirty minutes to be sufficient! The pot with the lid can be reused.

1. The instructions are extremely unclear. Since an in-store reservation three days in advance is required, why does the online order system ask for a reservation date after placing an order? This misleads consumers into thinking they've already made an online reservation, only to be told at the store that they must reserve three days in advance in person. 2. The store address is not listed at all! Using the map function, the address leads to the most inconvenient location, the Hong Kong City Hall store. First-time visitors to Hong Kong City Hall will find it impossible to navigate on their own, getting lost on the streets in the dead of winter, hungry and cold! The experience was terrible! 3.
