This year, I tried ordering the Klook-recommended Four Seasons Poon Choi (basin dish), and I found the staff at the restaurant to be very thoughtful. They called me twice to remind me of the delivery date, and the food was delivered early, around 4 PM. The dish had many layers of ingredients, including chicken, roast duck, shrimp, fish maw, abalone, flavorful pork skin, radish, fish balls, and more. There was so much food that we couldn't finish it in two meals. The value for money is excellent, and I think I'll order from them again next time.

訂了“西季盆菜”的特製金裝花膠鮑魚盆菜，訂購後第二天很快便有職員來電跟進，交收前亦會預早來電提醒。盆菜味道不錯，很足料，花膠，鮑魚，蝦，鮑片分量亦不少。有一點希望可以改進，介紹內容是“免運費（偏遠地方除外）”，付款後第二天才告知，柴灣需加$100運費，如是列入偏遠地區，應在付款時顯示。

有下次，醬汁好味唔死鹹，屋企老人家都覺得好食，好開心。而且會提前打電話黎confirm，送貨及時。希望貴公司繼續保持水準，一定有下次。

整體唔錯，味道也不錯，可惜花膠未夠腍，價格有高性價比，下年會考慮再次訂購

送貨準時，由訂貨到送貨有專員跟進，非常細心。家人都十分滿意盤菜食物味道，尤其係金蠔最出色，如果可以送多一支補充湯汁會更加好。

第一次試，味道很好，好夠味，下次會再揀
