This year, I tried ordering the Klook-recommended Four Seasons Poon Choi (basin dish), and I found the staff at the restaurant to be very thoughtful. They called me twice to remind me of the delivery date, and the food was delivered early, around 4 PM. The dish had many layers of ingredients, including chicken, roast duck, shrimp, fish maw, abalone, flavorful pork skin, radish, fish balls, and more. There was so much food that we couldn't finish it in two meals. The value for money is excellent, and I think I'll order from them again next time.
