Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA T1 & T2) Travel Club Lounge por SSP

Had a really great experience at the Travel Club Lounge at Kuala Lumpur Airport! The buffet was surprisingly good with plenty of tasty options, and the complimentary beers were a nice bonus. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing—perfect for unwinding during a layover. Definitely made our travel much more comfortable. Highly recommend!

if you have long layover, this one is best option to stay with nice view and both veg and non-veg complementry food options.

The staff were courteous, but the food was not good. I didn't take photos as they didn't look impressive. For 83 AUD, I was expecting more choices. The shower was amazing and it was quiet. It said 4 hours but turned out to be only 3 hours.

No había suficiente espacio para que la gente se relajara. Fui y tuve que esperar a que la gente terminara, y el personal tardó más de lo normal en despejar el área. Quizás tenían poco personal. Firstly, the staff were great, but honestly, it's not worth the price. The food selection is limited, and while the bar is included, it only offers beer (other drinks can be purchased at standard bar prices). There's no toilet inside the lounge, so you end up using the public facilities anyway. Wi-Fi is available, but I only managed about 760mbps download speed with only about 5 other guests in the lounge, which is the same as the free Wi-Fi in the terminal. In summary, for $80, you could get a better meal and a few beers outside the lounge for the same or even less cost. I see no reason to ever pay for this; I definitely regret the purchase and would not do it again for the price. No photos because why? Buyer beware.

Unfortunately, I booked the Terminal 1 lounge, but I requested to transfer to Terminal 2 and received no response. It's ridiculous to reject a booking transfer within the same company to a different terminal. I requested a cancellation, but no refund was available either. This is a really bad experience.
