We had already been contacted by the organizers before departure. Upon arrival, airport staff immediately escorted us through customs, which was completed within 15 minutes. The entire process was very smooth. Thank you for Mr. Abdul Munir's great services. He gave us a very good impression of KL.

On the morning of our departure, John, the staff member responsible for guiding us through customs, contacted us via message to arrange a meeting at China Airlines check-in counter J5. Fortunately, we had already checked in online, so we only had to drop off our luggage, which meant we didn't have to wait long 😅. After checking in our luggage, we followed John directly to the special lane to clear customs. This involved taking a photo and leaving fingerprints with both index fingers. Then, we went directly to Gate G1, took the elevator down to the ground level, and boarded a luxury van that took us straight to Concourse C. We first arrived at a cafe that John mentioned was exclusively for first-class, business-class, and fast-track passengers 😎. After coffee, we went upstairs, also using a special lane, and arrived at the central roundabout of Concourse C. It was very fast and convenient!

Excellent value for money. As soon as I landed, a dedicated staff member was waiting. I was escorted to a golf cart, taken through a special channel outside the airport, and then transferred to a luxury seven-seater car to the immigration building. The customs was right up the escalator. A specialist accompanied me throughout and helped with my luggage, and I cleared immigration within 10 minutes.

Immigration was super easy, no hassle at all. But when redeeming the voucher, the man at the counter was initially completely unaware of my booking. Anyway, he eventually found my booking and gave me the coupon.

The exchange location was easy to find, and I was able to receive it smoothly. However, the regular immigration lane wasn't that crowded, so honestly, I didn't really need to buy it. This service is definitely worth using during busy times.

This product is a bit on the expensive side. However, as someone who frequently enters Malaysia through Kuala Lumpur Airport, I am grateful that such a product exists, allowing me to clear immigration queues that usually take at least 30 minutes to over an hour, in just a few minutes (within 5 minutes). It was truly the best choice and an excellent product.

Second use of a fast track but klia klook made it so efficiently! Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the ''skip the line'', from arrival to my departure. I advice klook fast track and i will book it again! Serges

We had an amazing experience. Mr. Camillus took excellent care of us. He met us upon arrival, drove us in a buggy, assisted with passport control, then with our baggage, and accompanied us to the driver meeting point. My mom has limited mobility, so this service was super helpful. Thank you so much!
