We had an overnight layover in KLIA and opted to stay here due to its proximity. The bathroom was clean and had a wonderful hot shower and comfy bed. We loved the fact that its a quick walk from KLIA2 and a shuttle away from KLIA1. Hotel itself is also stylish. Definitey recommending booking here through Klook.

A very comfortable hotel for the next flight, and transportation from the airport to the hotel is provided, buggy service 24 hours non-stop... Cleanliness: A fairly clean and comfortable hotel... Hotel location: Strategic location for people waiting for their flight the next day...

Booked this hotel again for our return flight because eventhough it is a bit far from kuala lumpur international airport 1 and 2 still convenient because of their shuttle. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good aircondition and lights. Photos not related was not able to take a picture of the hotel.

so nice but bathtub got leaking when wee filled in water others outstanding and very nice stay we had.Good breakfast and nice cookies given during our waiting the room

Very Nice To stay my mother she got so much enjoyed during our stay. Next time I will come again. I like the most the Fire Show and unfortunately there is no sunset that's I like to witness during stay, hopefully I will witness and enjoy the sunset in the resort. Thank You for good services

My kids loved it. But the pool surroundings have stones... the stones are a bit painful. The kids ended up with scratches on their legs and arms, haha. Overall it's okay. Will repeat but will have to be more careful about getting on and off near the stones.

I arrived at KLIA1 with Malaysia Airlines, then transferred to KLIA2. The train ride was 3 minutes, and it was less than a 5-minute walk from the station, making it very easy to find. The twin room was spacious enough to comfortably open two large suitcases. The semi-double bed allowed for a restful sleep. Amenities included toothbrushes, shower caps, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The room had a full auto-lock system, and only one room card was provided. Since it's adjacent to a shopping mall, I was able to eat at ORIENTAL KOPI at 9 PM, bought CHAGEE, and since I had a 4:30 AM departure the next morning, I bought bread at FamilyMart. Overall, it was very convenient and clean, and the towels were fluffy. I would definitely like to use this hotel again for early morning flights. Even at 4:30 AM, there were two staff members at the front desk. There was also a KK convenience store right in front of the hotel.

It was a great experience. This hotel made my life so much easier during our 10-hour layover with my parents. It was such a relief to see them enjoy their stay and travel comfortably to their destination without any issues.
