I used this service on the last day of my trip. I chose it because I wanted to relieve travel fatigue and it was conveniently close to the airport. As soon as I arrived, I felt I had made the right choice. It's located behind a large, beautiful pool, and you're greeted by a luxurious building and interior, and clean, professional staff. Before the treatment, a simple consultation, tea, and a hot towel are provided. My husband and I used a private room. It was quiet and dimly lit, and I slept soundly. The 2-hour course, including a full-body massage and hair wash, cost around 10,000 yen. It's an incredible value, feeling like less than half the price of a luxury hotel. Plus, it's only a 5-minute taxi ride to the airport. I highly recommend it for the end of your trip. I feel ready to work hard again starting tomorrow.

This was one of the top 5 massage experiences I have ever had. Wonderful surroundings, friendly service and great atmosphere. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a refreshing break between flights in and out of KL.

It was the best. The staff were warm and welcoming, offering tea upon arrival. The treatment was efficient and targeted, feeling truly meaningful. Afterwards, I was able to shower, and the facilities were very clean. They also offered water after the session, allowing me time to relax. It's been a long time since I've been this satisfied. I'm surprised it was only around 8,000 yen. I definitely want to come back when I visit Malaysia again.

My return flight was a late-night one, so I used the service before my flight. The full-body and facial massage felt absolutely wonderful. They remove all your makeup, so you can go home with a bare face. There was also a shower room, but I didn't use it. All the staff members were kind, and it was a very pleasant time. The SPA reception is in a different location from the hotel reception, so that's the only thing to note, but the hotel reception staff kindly guided me there.
