Als Alleinreisende fühlte ich mich die ganze Zeit über absolut sicher, gut betreut und wirklich willkommen. Darüber hinaus sind ihre fotografischen Fähigkeiten erstaunlich. Sie wusste genau, wie sie die besten Momente und Blickwinkel einfangen konnte, was das Erlebnis noch spezieller machte. Ich fühlte mich nie gehetzt und immer unterstützt. Wenn Sie alleine reisen oder einfach nur einen Reiseleiter suchen, der wirklich alles gibt, ist Lucy ein Juwel. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We were very fortunate to have Mr. Kevin Liu as our guide. He is very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to share insights and the historical background, which made the tour very meaningful and memorable. He ensured our well-being was taken care of and led us through the queue hassle-free to visit the sites. We had booked the tour two weeks in advance, giving the agency sufficient time to secure tickets to the Forbidden City. The driver for the tour was very punctual and drove safely. The car was well-maintained. Overall, it was a value-for-money package coupled with a proficient tour guide, Kevin. We had a great time during the tour. Highly recommended for those who are seeking to have a good understanding of China's historical events. Kevin is also proficient in English and Mandarin.

Cindy provided excellent service, making our Beijing trip wonderful. She has good knowledge of Chinese history and got along very well with my 15-year-old daughter.

Thank you Andy for being such a great tour guide, he was really detailed explaining the history about the Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven. We had an enjoyable lunch too.

Had the best day trip with the best guide! Our guide Padma/段炜 was super accommodative and patient and kind. Told her we want to do the tour at a relaxed pace as my dad tires after walking too much and she made sure to always take care of us. Also she planned the itinerary very well, optimising the stops so we didn’t have to face big crowds at the attractions. Three thumbs up!

Highly recommend Lucy for any tours you may need to take. She was helpful, informative and accommodating. Our kids asked if she could stay and eat dinner with us and were sad when she left, that's how much they liked her.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The tour leader was kind, informative, and very communicative, which made the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. Everything was well explained, and we felt well taken care of throughout the tour. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, making the ride very pleasant. We also enjoyed a nice, delicious lunch, which was a lovely highlight of the day. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

The tour guide - Jonathan - was awesome, pleasant, friendly & full of knowledge of the visited places. We should have started the tour earlier as there were long queues everywhere, despite paying for a private tour we still had to queue on a hot sunny day, with no fast entry facility. We had to skip going into Tiananmen Square entirely as we didn't want to be stuck in hours of long queues under the hot sun. Hopefully, you can come up with a better way in the future.
