Amazing glacier hike experience in Iceland! The guide was super friendly and professional, explained everything clearly, and made the whole trip safe and fun. The view on the glacier was breathtaking — definitely a must-do activity in Iceland!

You need to wear hiking boots that cover your ankles. Boots that don't cover the ankles, or have soft toes, are not suitable. Doc Martens are also not allowed. You can rent boots for 1500kr. The guide is professional and humorous.

The weather was bad and it rained, so we just went up to walk around and look. The guide didn't specifically help us find good angles for photos. Overall, it was a very unique experience, with black and white glaciers.

The tour guides were two very kind ladies, and you could feel their passion for glaciers. Throughout the tour, they did an excellent job of creating a lively atmosphere, making sure we didn't feel too tired. If you are a bit older (over 60), it would be better to have a simple exercise routine before joining. It's not dangerous, but mainly after putting on the equipment, you have to walk on some gravel paths, which are not that easy to navigate.

The guide was excellent, constantly providing information and helping with photos. For the itinerary, we first got crampons and an ice axe, then walked a long way. Upon arrival, we changed into our shoes and started climbing the glacier. It was very beautiful and not too far.

Highly recommended itinerary, definitely worth coming! The tour guide was amazing 🧡 The ice spring water on the mountain was incredibly delicious, we drank it Viking style! 😆

Overall, it was good: the glacier scenery was beautiful, and the explanation was very clear. The only downside was that the trip was a bit short, and there wasn't quite enough time to enjoy the scenery.
