Martin led the team very well, explaining things along the way and paying attention to the participants' activities and safety.

Our tour guide kept rushing ahead the whole time, completely ignoring those walking behind. They would only occasionally glance back, and it wasn't clear what the hurry was. In the end, after we walked down the mountain, the car hadn't arrived yet, and we had to wait for 25 minutes.

The itinerary was relaxing and fun, and the tour guide was attentive and responsible in ensuring everyone's safety, which made us feel very at ease.

Hello, My friend and I were unable to join the activity. This booking was under a 24-hour free cancellation policy. We had originally planned to stay at the hotel that was listed as the meeting point, so our schedule was arranged accordingly. However, after the 24-hour free cancellation period had already passed, the supplier emailed us to inform that the meeting point had been changed — about 30 minutes away from the original location. As we were traveling with elderly companions, the change affected our schedule and we were unable to make it to the new meeting point on time. As soon as we realized we could not arrive in time, we tried to contact the supplier immediately by phone (which was unreachable) and also sent an email. The supplier initially agreed to reschedule our booking, but later stopped responding to our messages. Up to now, we have not received any further reply. Therefore, I would like to request a full refund for this booking. Thank you for your understanding.
