They were unhelpful to customers who booked tickets through Klook, failing to clearly explain what information was needed for ticket exchange and not allowing the use of Klook's QR code for collection. This resulted in a significant amount of time spent on the ticket exchange process. However, once on board, the scenery along the way was truly breathtaking! The facilities on the boat were also very clean.

I originally booked a service for February 8th, but upon arriving at the pier, I found out that the boat was not operating that day, which was a great disappointment for everyone. I immediately contacted customer service, who gave a preliminary response stating that if it was true, a refund would be processed as soon as possible. By the evening of February 9th, I had received a notification and the refund. This booking primarily resulted in a wasted trip for me and ruined my sightseeing mood. I believe cancellations should be proactively communicated to customers, especially since it wasn't due to unforeseen circumstances like weather issues. However, Klook's customer service is commendable; they responded quickly and processed the refund efficiently. The main issue is that the operating company did not communicate effectively with Klook, causing customers to lose time and money.

The food variety is little. We went to Singapore Royal Albatross before, although the ticket is way more expensive (5times more per pax) but at least its worth it. I’m paying $50/pax for Haopy Cruise dining but I think it worth $20 only. 🙈

Shanghai typhoon, no sailing. This shipping company didn't give advance notice. We only found out at the pier that the ship wasn't sailing, and that we had to cancel and get a refund. Klook customer service informed us that the shipping company didn't respond, so we couldn't get a refund. If you're considering booking with this shipping company, please think twice.

The activity cancellation notice was late, and our whole family made a wasted trip. The booking mechanism is quite unreliable. Disappointed.
