La góndola privada fue absolutamente increíble: suave, silenciosa e increíblemente cómoda. Tener el espacio para nosotros solos hizo que el viaje se sintiera lujoso y tranquilo. Las vistas eran impresionantes, y fue la manera perfecta de disfrutar de todo sin las multitudes. ¡Definitivamente vale la pena para una experiencia más personal y relajante!

I’m giving this 5 stars for the actual gondola ride which was a lovely experience, we were fortunate to get Dino a really friendly gondolier who took great pride in his craft and was happy to chat and answer questions. It was everything we could have hoped for. The service before getting the gondola however was poor we were told to arrive 10 mins early but I was almost told off for being there before our time slot and angrily told wait, I expected to wait until our time so that wasn’t a problem it was just the attitude. With no reassurance or interaction I became very nervous even though I followed the map pin on the booking to the location as other people turning up were told to wait then when they were finally allowed to show their ticket were told they were at the wrong place and when they asked which direction they should go, backs were turned to them and they were ignored. I understand it must be hard work dealing with so many tourists and language barriers having worked in the service industry myself, but it doesn’t excuse rudeness. Everything seemed like a big inconvenience to them with tutting and eye rolling at the smallest thing like scanning your ticket. I also think this experience will vary depending on the gondolier you get as I saw some smoking cigarettes, looking bored and ignoring their customers unlike ours who was very professional and gave great customer service. Thankfully the initial terrible service was offset by the wonderful experience afterwards.

The gondola ride was amazing! Beautiful views, calm atmosphere, and a very friendly gondolier — a must-do in Venice!

Fácil de encontrar y rápido de canjear según la hora de su reserva. Fantástico paseo en barco con recuerdos y muchas fotos.

Llegamos tarde al lugar (porque nuestro tren se retrasó), pero aun así nos permitieron realizar la actividad sin ningún problema. El gondolero fue amable y nos ofreció, por 20 € adicionales, una ruta más pintoresca (que aprovechamos 🤔), y un precio más alto si queríamos extender la actividad, lo cual decidimos no hacer debido al clima frío y neblinoso (finales de diciembre, 12:30 p.m.). Los 30 minutos terminaron rápidamente con el gondolero compartiendo y señalando hechos históricos sobre Venecia y la industria de las góndolas.
