The tour experience was good and the tour guide was very experienced. However, the tour guide seemed racist towards Asian tourists, constantly reminding us not to talk too loudly during the tour, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Upon arriving at the meeting point, we didn't see any staff or signs. We only found an employee by asking people queuing at the pier ahead. When we reached the first island, we were taken to a glass factory, but the organizer didn't manage the crowd well. Hundreds of people were crammed into a small room, and from some spots, it was impossible to see the demonstration. The exit from the glass factory wasn't the main entrance, making it difficult to find our way back to the pier. Furthermore, we didn't have any contact information for a guide or the tour company, which left us feeling helpless when we couldn't find the entrance. The scenery on the first and second islands was beautiful, offering many photo opportunities, but the third island had little to see, and I personally think it could be skipped. During the boat ride, there was a guide explaining things in multiple languages; the English part was very fluent. However, due to the large number of people, the guide couldn't interact with guests, making the explanation feel no different from a pre-recorded message. Upon disembarking, there were clear written instructions indicating the boarding time.

The purchase was convenient, and the itinerary was smooth. The tour leader was responsible and proactively helped group members solve problems. The meeting point was a bit far and hard to find, but overall: highly recommended!

The tour guide was very professional, and their explanations were vivid and engaging, giving us a deeper understanding of Venice's history and culture. The gondola ride was well-timed, and the scenery along the way was picturesque, especially at sunset, when Venice's canals and architecture appeared particularly enchanting. The entire experience offered great value for money and was completely worthwhile! Klook's customer service was also very thoughtful; we quickly received a confirmation email after booking and a reminder before departure, which was very considerate.

This time, I joined a tour of three islands, and the last one, Church Island, was quite special. It felt like visiting a historical site, much quieter than the other two islands, and the scenery was unique.

The day trip was a nice experience. The experience of old-fashioned glass making in Murano was good. Burano was full of colorful houses. The abandoned island of Torcello was good.

This island tour from Venice was an amazing experience. The boat was extremely comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, which made the entire trip relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was very well organized—they clearly explained timing for each stop, and as long as you follow the schedule, it’s smooth and stress-free. Each island had its own unique charm, full of history, beauty, and character. We especially loved exploring the shops and local restaurants, and seeing the beautiful glasswork the islands are known for. It truly felt like a special extension of Venice itself. If you’re visiting Venice, I highly recommend taking the time to do this tour. It’s absolutely worth it.

Era un gruppo enorme di forse più di 50 persone. La barca era grande con la possibilità di sedersi sul ponte o sotto, dove c'è il riscaldamento. La guida rimane sulla barca e ci ha fornito informazioni mentre ci spostavamo da un'isola all'altra. Ma una volta arrivati, siamo da soli. Ci daranno anche un orario per tornare alla barca per partire verso la prossima destinazione. Abbiamo apprezzato tutte e 3 le isole. Siamo tornati a Venezia dopo il tramonto, il che è stato bellissimo, e le luci lungo il molo erano accese ad accogliere il nostro ritorno! Fantastico!!!

The meeting point is easy to find; just follow Klook's map, and you'll be fine. The ferry is punctual, so don't be late. Watch glass blowing (about 15-20 minutes) right after disembarking the ferry. Then, we had one hour of free time to roam around Murano. We sailed to Burano and had more than two hours there, where we had lunch (at a restaurant recommended by our guide). Afterward, we sailed to Torcello and had an hour to explore freely. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a carefree vacation on the islands.
